This place had an extremely comfortable bed and was located in a prime and charming location. I couldn’t have asked for a better, safer, and more authentic place to stay.

Everything was great. It was listed on the booking with German as the only spoken language and this was very true- there was zero English- which was fine by me.

It's a quiet, low-key, superbly located hotel. The breakfast was simple but there enough choices and enough protein-packed food for the morning. The room was very comfortable and immaculate.

My only complaints are very minor. The bed was a bit too soft for my taste. The service was excellent, if a bit perfunctory.

The staff were welcoming, the room was comfortable and the location was fantastic!

Other than what I mentioned in the negative box- the property was great!! Comfy,clean, central and good breakfast.

The owner was grumpy,no customer service skills,no English whatsoever( which of course I realise isn't always gonna happen,but he didn't even try,just waved his hands NO and kept explaining stuff in German...)kept treating us as if we were gonna steal something.It felt quite intimidating,Even at breakfast.Then next morning We didn't actually realise the room wasn't paid for yet ( most of the time the payment is already taken a day before even checking in just depends)- he started making a scene,laughing in a very cheeky,ignorant,disrespectful way like we were gonna go without paying or something ( all in front of other customers!! ).I always try to be very very objective and understanding with my reviews but this guy really made us feel unwelcome to say the least.He was very polite to his german speaking customers tho!!! IT felt really strange!! Somebody has to teach him how to smile too!!

Great location in the main square of Lübbenau, easy to reach by train from Berlin. Breakfast had plenty of options and the room was extremely clean. The bed was really comfortable. Great value compared to other options in the area.

The bathroom was a bit small, especially the shower. In general, the establishment and room furniture were outdated.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, handy parking, good location.
