We booked this place at the last minute and it was better than we imagined. The breakfast was amazing. Federico is amazing and accommodated us . He let us stay in the villa all day and let us check out after we had dinner at the restaurant which was 10/10

Great location, beautiful scenery and wonderful people. One of the best vacations we've ever had. Right in the middle of Tuscany. 10 minutes from the train station, a quiet peaceful place. First of all, this is a five-star place with sincere and smiling owners and employees of the same nature, full breakfast, and comfortable rooms. Thanks again for everything.

The staff were incredible, so lovely and accommodating. The food was some of the best we’ve had in Italy. The property and surrounding gardens are absolutely stunning, couldn’t fault it. Bonus villa dog and horse which was very much appreciated! would highly recommend!

Villa Riggaci is a stunning villa in the Tuscan hillside, we were given a suite with adjoining rooms so our children could be close to us. The room had it's own separate entrance so we didnt need to bother any other guests. Breakfast we delicious, the coffee was great (as expected in Italy!). The staff were very friendly, and the owner was very knowledgeable about the local area. We would love to go back and visit again!

Beautiful hotel with breathtaking view of reggello, the o lu downfall is ud need to hire a car as the hotel is quite far from shops etc, its €€35 for a tax even if ur only going 10 minutes away very expensive. Its very isolated. The staff go above and beyond to make u feel at home and welcome, they are all so so lovely Beautiful people. The room was cleaned everyday beds were made fresh towels etc, nothing was too much trouble for the staff to help you with.. myself and my mam went out for a walk the 2nd day to take in the Beautiful views around the hotel and we wanted to sit down for a bit and there was no where to sit as the chairs were very badly rusted and very dirty and there was big green bugs everywhere on the seats .. the outside of the hotel could do with a do over and it seems with garden furniture is not looked after and left to rot witch is a down fall for guests who want to sit outside in the Beautiful sun and take it the Beautiful views around the hotel.. apart from that we had a lovely very relaxing few days in hotel rigacci. Thank you to all the staff 🙏 😊

I had booked 2 single beds through booking.com and when we arrived it was a double bed I mentioned it to the lady and she said oh sure they separate anyway, so we had to separate them ourselves.

We reserved Deluxe room for 5 nights and then we add 2 more at the property. When we arrived at the property everything was perfect but then turned out that the room was full of stinck bugs, I personally killed 30. We ask for a different room and we got an lower room, basic one, which was OK, but they never cleaned the floor. The towels were extremely clean. The owner, Federico said that the first night will be free of charge due to this problem, again never happened. When we asked him to dezinfect the room, he replied that "this is the country life, what to do?" As we changed the room I expected that the price should also change, but no, even the 2 extra nights were charge at almost the deluxe price. Then at the breakfast the yogurt was expired since 28th September and we noticed this in 12, so I am wondering how many days we ate that expired food..... Also we were overcharged with one bottle of wine which we didn't took it, and after my request they deleted it. At the end we leaved with the feeling that we have been cheated

a hidden gem for antiques lovers. Part of the building was made in XVII century, in excellent condition. Very, very good cleaning (bathrooms, bed sheets, towels), daily maintenance. Restaurant at the property with excellent meals at a reasonable price. Personnel always smiling and helpful

The hotel is beautiful, and the nature around the hotel is even better. The staff was very friendly and the owner's hospitality was the best part of the experience. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
