Just awesome staff ,the check Inn was fast and positive experience .the rooms are big and very clean . Location is great as wel ,quiet street but right next to restaurants

Good Location. One (and only one) staff member - Adri - was pleasant and helpful

Glass broken on dressing table in room, lamp shades (and bulb) fell off the lighting fixture if you brushed against it (possibly quite dangerous!) another bulb needed 'tweaking' on another lamp in the room to make it work. Floor tiles/lino was ripped, huge gashes in the wall, paintwork scuffed, carpet in hallway was threadbare (hallway was dark and really badly maintained - horrible impression before you'd even got to the room). The actual décor didn't look particularly old so I just can't see how it's got into such an awful state apart from there clearly being not enough care or responsible maintenance by management. Cynically enough, the 'first impression' reception area is bright, airy and clearly well maintained so they do have access to decorators! Overall a very disappointing experience and very bad value.

Location was great, old town area is very charming. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and helpful. Morning coffee at the lobby was excellent.

Hotel room doors do not sound proof, so if there was people in the corridor, you will hear them. Luckily it was a quiet night, so we slept well.
