The room was ample and the bed big. There was a lift but we preferred to use the stairs. Breakfast was served in a lovely restaurant area and there was a wide choice.

Parking was very limited and difficult, which applied to the town and surrounding area. We were unable to find a restaurant, but were told we could take a bus or metro. However, after a long journey, we did not want to travel to eat. Only breakfast was served in the hotel itself which was frustrating as they had a great restaurant for breakfast.

Woke up several times during the night. No one seems to sleep in this hotel, there was a strong noise all night from multiple rooms. Not only people but also old devices/ventilators. Bad noise isolation. No lift.

It was basic

Nothing was clean , everything smells , no elevator, uncomfortable beds , no air conditioning, receptionist in the afternoon was horrible, had no manners , no customer service, Booking.com states that the hotel offers free parking but its actually just a public parking area , which is usually full , there is no iron in your room , breakfast is £6 , overall too expensive for a one star hotel.

Hotel Ibiltze offers an 'adequate' service for the money we paid. The room was clean and comfy. Staff was very friendly and even managed to help us in English.

Parking the car is a problem here. The hotel has a garage, but charges no less than €9,- per night extra for parking there. The alternative is parking for free in the streets around the hotel, which is practically impossible. For breakfast there was also a surcharge (€6,-). We don't like to be surprised with unforeseen expenses and especially parking should always be included, we feel.
