No wifi in rooms

Great food.

Property showing it's age in spots. We had to move rooms because hot water was not working in initial room.

so run down, no wifi, terrible service at the restaurant. there were curly dark hairs in our beds. we are both blonde women..

almost not bearable! the oldest bathroom on the planet, no wifi, no computer at reception guest to validate the booking. built in 1976, but never been remodeled since....

Thermal Heated Hot Tub!! Beautiful landscape all around.

Would like more places to hang wet bathing suits and towels.

Elizabeth was great at the front desk, the food was absolutely delicious. We paid to upgrade to a renovated room and found them nicer than what we orginally had reserved. I recommend paying for the premium room.

There are almost no outlets in the room to plug in your devices, there are none near the bed fyi. The black out curtains do not cover the windows entirely Wifi in the room is $5 a day but works extremely well

Food at the restaurant was good. The hot tub was great. Access to the beach was great. The layout of the place is very nice. Event when it was quite windy the palm trees and buildings created a great wind break so it was pleasant while sitting outside at the restaurant, or sitting poolside.

The whole place is very dated, and needs updates. There are no other restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel tries to penny pinch you every step of the way which makes it feel very cheap. For example, it’s $5 extra per day to have Internet in your room, you are only allowed 1 towel/person per day ($20 charge if you lose your towel), 1 coffee per day. Also, the “premium” rooms are tiny and have very little privacy between your neighbors and the main pool area (it’s very easy for people to look inside your room). I would not recommend this place unless your are desperate.

The beds were hard and lumpy. The hot tub was luc warm.They could have provided at least one bottle of water. Poor lighting at night. Lights not working. Dangerous for older people. The internet site said there was a manicurist and horseback riding. Ah no. I was granted an early check in which no one knew about. Couldnt check out as card readed didnt work. Coffee in room was poor. Coffee for two but only one creamer and one sugar

Beautiful beach, large HOT jacuzzi.

A little far from town, so you need a car, but being out of town gives is a gorgeous beach.

The restaurant food was great

It's old and the rooms and equipment needs a refreshment.

The location of the resort is beautiful. I was with a group of three of couples and our rooms were in a 4-plex which was nice. Suzette did an excellent job with the meals and getting food out in a timely basis. I felt the prices were on the high end, however, the food was excellent.

Unfortunately, the weather was too cool to really use the pool. The resort empties the hot tub a couple of times a day and by evening when we wanted to sit in the hot tub, the water wasn't as hot as we would have liked.

Food was good.

Rooms and hotel are dated, bad AC in room 32. Bathrooms are too small, no place to put soap, shampoo and personal items.
