Cleanliness of the hôtel. Everything was ready and perfectly clean upon our arrival. It is nice to see that the standards can be kept high even for a two stars hotel ! Well-done

No parking available, had to search for a place during 10 min. The air-conditioning struggled during the night. Temperatures were really high in Arles when we arrived.

Spotlessly clean. Friendly reception ist who gave us amazing recommendations on restaurants. Room with bath. Very quiet location. Just a short walk across the bridge to the main tourist area. Buses nearby to the station.

Steps in to the hotel. Not easy if you have heavy case or a disability.

Electric sockets didn’t work in first room. After pushing the owner / manager to relocate us, we were put in a bedroom where the air conditioning didn’t work well and it was ridiculously hot at night. Overall the decor was tired and the hotel had a slightly unpleasant smell.

On this side of the river the parking is for free, so if you travel by car it is very convenient to stay here. The check in time is limited, so that's a bit challenging. But overall we had a good experience.

Hotel doesn't have a parking space, you have to park the car on a public street. It's free, but you have to look for a parking space yourself, if you're lucky, you'll find one.

I like Arles! That all, what I can offer as positive feedback for the hotel.

I can not assess the quality of the room we booked because the hotel receptionist did everything possible to make us look for an alternative hotel to stay in. We have had the worst experience with the hotel receptionist. She is abusive and behaves inappropriately. When she found out that we were Ukrainians, her rudeness became enhanced. Unfortunately, I can't give her name, because the receptionist was not wearing badge So, one of the key points of booking this hotel was the availability of the parking place. In reality, if you have a comfortable E class car, there's no way to park it near the hotel. When we asked the receptionist why the information on the hotel on the booking.com was not correct, she said that she didn't know what it said on the booking.com page, and evenmore she didn't care what was in the booking.com. The receptionist brought me a piece of paper where in French, according to her words, was written that hotel guests can count only on public parking and that most important, on her opinion, everyone around knows that. On our request either to help us in finding a resonable solution for the car parking or to cancel our booking because the description is not relevant to reality she started yelling and insulting me and my parents, saying that we are crazy. She tried to threaten the police, but when we said we wanted to discuss her behavior with the police, she started screaming again and fled into the office. The receptionist wanted neither to cancel our booking nor want to check in us. I n parallel, I was in contact with booking.com administration, who hardly tried to solve this situation and cancel our booking. After all, booking.com offered us assistance to find an alternative hotel to stay. The hotel receptionist, in turn, continued to behave in accordance with the above unprofessionalism, lying in a booking.com report that we did not show up at the hotel. P.S.

If we were traveling with large luggage it would have been difficult due to the winding hall and second story.

Fantastic location on the other side of the town but not far to walk to places. Very welcoming staff who take time to fill you in about the place. Great rooftop terrace as well. Hotel and rooms were spotless and welcoming. We were travelling by bicycle and they were helpful and accomodating in having a secure place for them.

On arrival refused room as we had a small dog with us. We selected this hotel as it was included in our search as allowing dogs.

don’t bother with the breakfast at $12 euros. it’s basically a modified Best Western serve yourself affair with management taking notes to make sure you’ve paid. can’t even get coffee if you don’t want breakfast!

The hotel location is very good, close to everything and great for walking. The breakfast was good; a cold buffet with different choices. The building is not modern but very well kept and comfortable. The staff super friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for visiting the city and surroundings; and for dining. We were both greatly surprised. Very well recommended.

Honestly, would not change anything. There is no inside parking but can find easily around the hotel for free. Perhaps be careful going is and out of the tub, easy to fail;.

The property is the kind you look for its value for money. Its within a short walking distance to Arles, just cross a bridge over the Rhone. I enjoyed my bedroom which felt clean and nice. Breakfast was ok. I could park my car right in front of the property which was very convenient.

When you are looking for a room, for a night or two, as you discover Provançe, and need to have a budget, I´d say this is a good choice. But don´t expect this lovely place, and it isn´t right in the center of Arles.
