The courtyards provide a beautiful and peaceful place to have breakfast, which was the usual selection of all that you would want, and later provide a cool and relaxing place to rest, and even have a glass of wine in the evening. We stayed in a superior room on the top floor which was spacious and very pleasant, overlooking the adjacent rooftops. The staff were all friendly and helpful. All that in the old part of the city within easy walk of all the main tourist attractions. What more can you want?

Excellent spot for easily visiting Arles. Clean, comfortable and really enjoyable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful little patios to enjoy in the sun.

A little hand sink in the toilet area would be nice although I know this is not easy to add.

The staff here is so friendly. They immediately made me feel at home. They were happy to help me practice speaking in clumsy French, but switched to English when I got lost. The breakfast was wonderful and varied: I enjoyed on different days hardboiled eggs, yogurt and fruit, croissant with cheese and cold cuts (very good croissants), and lots of coffee every day. The location is great for checking out Arles, and easy to walk to all the museums and Roman sites. The area felt very safe. Lots of amazing restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

Tiny mosquitos (we call them no-see-ums or midges in Wisconsin, I was calling them 'petits moustiques') - the window was left open by housekeeping so the little biters came in and drove me crazy.

Charming little hotel very close to the tiwn centre. Calm and cosy!

Staff friendly and helpful. European continental breakfast was very basic and therefore I think overpriced.

Hotel has a constant smell of sewage. The area in the immediate vicinity of the hotel does as well. It can be quite overpowering and never goes away. Limited pay parking within 2 blocks of hotel and entry to area requires phone call to hotel to have them drop the street barrier each time you enter. Limited sites/things to do. Ended up driving past Avignon each day.

Wonderful location. Great coffee for breakfast.

The WC was separate from the shower and washbasin. That was fine. However, when a person sat down in the WC, her knees touched the door. To stand, the door had to be opened. Not very private.

Excellent breakfast selection . Very helpful staff , ideal location short walk to all key spots .
