Fantastic apartment, ideal for two people. Plenty of room inside and massive outside area to relax on sun beds or enjoy drink. Just a two minute walk to beach and restaurants - of which there are plenty, all serving excellent food - whilst kitchen in apartment has everything needed. Juan (owner) was in regular contact before, during and after our stay to ensure we received first class service throughout our stay. Highly recommended and we will return again…

This property was very nice and location was lovely. Mogan is a beautiful resort and apartment was 5 minutes to beach bars and restaurants. I have to say how nice and helpful the owner Juan was during our stay. Under difficult situation Spain went onto lockdown on 14th March and we had to get an emergency flight back on 21st. At all times Juan was concerned for our welfare right until we stepped onto the plane. He made sure we got to the airport by booking and paying for our taxi. He has also told us we can come back at any time to stay for the days we lost. Juan I cannot thank you enough.

Close to everything and amazingly well equipped. The huge terrace is perfect for sunbathing, enjoying a meal or drink or just relaxing. Minutes from the beach, supermarket and all that Puerto Mogan offers. Juan is a total star. He is so helpful - meets you to explain everything, replies within minutes to any communication and was very understanding when we managed to loc ourself out on the last day!

We stayed here for 28 nights from 7/5 - 4/6. Juan met us at the apartment and gave us all the info we needed. We had a problem with the boiler at one point and within a few hours it was repaired and cava and chocolates left for us. The apartment was well equipped, very clean and had plenty of towels and extra bedding for our stay. The washing machine was easy to use and had obviously been cleaned prior to our arrival. The balcony is big and has enough furniture for two people. We had an excellent stay and hope to return.

He met us on arrival and stayed in touch during our whole stay. Thank you so much for acknowledging our birthdays during our stay, it was very kind. We did have a minor issue with the water supply but he sorted it out very quickly with minimum inconvenience to us. Would recommend this property

This apartment had everything we needed and more. It is so conveniently situated and has the bonus of a lift which was so helpful as my husband had a knee replacement and is still no too good on stairs. It is about a 2 minute walk to the lovely beach and all the restaurants are within a very easy walk. Would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet holiday with great facilities. A big thank you to Juan who was so helpful.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist eine gute Wahl für alle, die in Mogan nicht unbedingt den direkten Seeblick haben wollen. Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt für Einkäufe beim Spar im Erdgeschoss und zum Strand sind es auch nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Betten haben gute Matratzen, Klimanlage ist vorhanden und auf der großen Terasse (geht nach Norden) findet sich immer ein schattiges Plätzchen.

Exactly what we had hoped for. Juan kept in regular contact until we entered the apartment, then continued to check we had everything we needed. Everything you could think of was available, even small beach chairs and most importantly for us, COMFORTABLE SUN LOUNGERS WITH MATTRASSES, ON THE TERRACE. Quiet , convenient location, minutes from the beach and restaurants, nothing wrong with this apartment. We have already booked for next year as we enjoyed it so much.

This lovely apartment is ideally situated for all your needs. Well equipped, clean with a huge terrace it is within walking distance of the beach and lots of very good restaurants. The owner is very helpful and always attends if there are any problems, no matter how small. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in pretty Puerto Mogan. My wife and me where first time celebrating New Year abroad, also first time in Gran Canaria. In generally we appreciate everything- from really very nice service of property owner - Juan Ramírez. He has met us since arrival, shown all town, nice places for good food (especially sea food), also we have been very nice positively surprised for New Year gift from property owner. Thank's Juan for that - it was really very nice from Your side. Property is at good place - it is quiet at evening and not far from ocean and very nice harbour for private yachts. Open market is just 200 mtr. from there, supermarket is just under the property. Park for walk, or jogging between palms is also 100 mtr. near by. You can also rent a car local in the same town - that can be cheaper. We have been warned, that is not warm in winter period- that is not true- all days has been sunny and completely not hot (about 23- 27 C). Ocean warm enough to swim. That is simply ideal !!! All island is full of flowers. People are relaxed and friendly. We also enjoyed to have a breakfast of dinned at really big balcony place- here You can see mountain and have closed place from neighbours, but feel free with open sky above You. In case You with to stay at day time at home - You can enjoy sun at balcony in fully privacy. Flat is not so big, but fully enough for family of few persons. Wifi at this flat works perfect if You need to connect with Your colleagues, or friends. We really very enjoyed to stay there also especially for New Year period. D. Romualdas & Daiva

THE APARTMENT WAS EXCELLENT, VERY CLEAN, WITH A LOVELY BIG BALCONY.JUAN AND HIS WIFE WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. THE BEACH WAS ONLY A THREE MINUTES WALK AWAY, AND LOADS OF RESTAURANTS CLOSE BY. WE HAD A GREAT HOLIDAY THERE AND WOULD RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT TO ANYONE LOOKING TO STAY IN PUERTO MOGAN WHICH IS A LOVELY LITTLE TOWN.
