La atención de la persona por el teléfono en servicio al cuarto. Apurado y parecía sin ganas. Eran las 8 pm. El desayuno podría tener más variedad.

Staff tried hard to satisfy you.

Maintenance is poor so we moved twice after initial room. Toilet didn't flush then room safe not working, air conditioner blowing warm. Employees did try to resolve problems but no experts, like a plumber, safe man or air conditioner man. Almost forgot bathtub & shower faucet handle a problem. Housekeeping takes dirty towels and forgets to leave equal amount, but they accommodate you when you call and ask for what's missing.

A localização do hotel é muito boa.

O quarto é bastante antiquado. Mesmo entendendo o estilo, fica evidente que não recebe cuidados nos móveis a anos. Os quadros, teto, paredes e móveis estão manchados. Durante a noite um dos quadros caiu fazendo grande barulho e nos assustando. Foi relatado o caso para o hotel mas não houve nem mesmo um pedido de desculpas. Não recomendo especificamente o quarto 207 por ser muito próximo da cozinha. Há barulho o tempo todo e da para ouvir os funcionários conversando. Não me pareceu corresponder a um hotel 4 estrelas, há outros muito melhores na região pelo mesmo preço ou até menos.

I liked that everything seemed very clean and was being taken care of,also the staff was really nice particularly at the restaurant.

Only thing I didn't like is that I could overhear a lady crying next to my room, thankfully it stopped,I don't think this is the hotels fault though and I also notified them about this and it seemed they made sure everything was ok.

La atención del personal muy bien, El desayuno muy bien, la Ubicación muy bien, la Comodidad de la cama muy bien.

Todo el los filos de la ducha estaba negro pegado como hongo , no eso no me gustó nada de nada se ve descuidado, poco higiénico , en la web decía que daban pantuflas , nada y daba cosas caminar por la alfombra , la vista de la habitación que me dieron horrible , jamás podía abrir la puerta por lo menos 3 min para lograrlo y luego un par más para sacar la llave.

Nothing- i was moved to another hotel which was disappointing

I arrived at the hotel and they told me that my room is not ready- and I can stay at their sister hotel (Classic Hotel) for the same rate. The room was really disgusting and not worth 60usd. I contacted them with my concerns several times but no one responded

Chegamos no local e o recepcionista nos informou que nosso quarto estava em uso por outras pessoas uma vez que chegamos um dia depois. Para tanto, enviei várias mensagens tanto para o aplicativo do booking quanto para o hotel (em suas mídias) informando a troca da data devido a cia aérea ter trocado as datas. Recebi a confirmação do hotel, e-mail, tudo certo confirmando a reserva e a troca das datas e para minha surpresa não sabiam de nada. 😒 Eu tinha tudo impresso mostrei mas me informaram que não teria nenhum quarto conforme o que solicitei. Nos enviaram para outro hotel (hotel classic). De toda forma fiquei muito chateada afinal foi uma falta de comunicação entre o Booking e o hotel.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado para conocer Lima desde una zona segura y rodeada de servicios y atractivos. Lo que permitía mi logística al entrar y salir en tours y paseos.

El café podría mejorar ya que no era tan agradable al paladar.

Hotel limpio y ordenado. El Personal con excelente disposición. Las instalaciones excelente y las habitaciones espaciosas y cómodas. Todo con un valor muy adecuado.

Las tomas de corriente estén lejos de los veladores.

I didn’t

We were don’t when we arrived we have free upgrade. This was the opposite. We were out in a room with older fixtures in the front of the building without noise cancelling windows. We were kept awake all night with noice on the street. When taking a shower the water didn’t drain, unless manually manipulated. Also the outlet’s didn’t work properly.

Avoid at all costs ,this place is a scam!! They're supposed to refund me my money for more than a month but I haven't received anything yet... Initially I booked 3 days but checked out after the first day because of the complaints below, which they agreed and even shortened the booking.com reservation. I was supposed to get the remaining days but no luck yet and booking.com is not helpful either. Me being the inventor of electricity is closer to truth than this hotel being 4 stars. They don't comply with a lot of requirements and clearly lie in the booking.com listing, I'll give some examples below. I booked "Superior Double or Twin Room" which had the description "This room features a double bed or 2 single beds, an iPod docking station, elegant furniture, traditional Peruvian art objects, a workdesk and a hydromassage tub." - The room I got was a monstrosity of two king sized beds combined, not a double bed or 2 single beds. - Because of this the wall socket near the bed was covered and inaccessible. Remember this is a requirement for 1 star hotel, let alone 4 - The linens were dirty, there was unidentified black stuff on and in the sheets - The room had a heavy unpleasant smell - No air-conditioning, it's only a super loud fan that doesn't cool at all - Not soundproof as stated in the facilities, there was a huge gap in between the windows even when fully closed which let all the noise in.

My air conditioner only worked a couple days out of the 7 ??? The jacuzzi had a missing blower tightening screw so I could not use it.

The elevator was not working while i was in a high floor. No way to check-in earlier than the official time.

I had a confirmed reservation, however when I got there and the "manager" without name tag Diego Ramos told me that due to a system error I did not have a reservation, when I showed the confirmation via booking.com he just did not care, once again he told me I did not have a reservation and could not give me a room, he also suggested hotels near by. Because I was traveling for work, I was exhausted and was trying to find a new hotel I stayed in the lobby, trying to present my case, few people came after me without any issues. I had someone else looking as well and there were rooms available for some of my dates on booking.com. Then he remembered someone had just checked out and I was able to get a room maybe 2 hrs after arriving at the hotel. I ended up getting a room, but the experience was beyond frustrating to say the least as we travelers rely on these confirmations.

The food from the restaurant was great. I ate there nearly every night and enjoyed all the dishes I tried. There was a private sauna and steam room in my room, which was a pleasant surprise!

The room was big enough and clean, the air condition work perfectly. The breakfast was good and the location of the hotel was superb

They offered a very nice breakfast to, the staff was super friendly and the bed very comfortable. The room was very large!

It stinks in the toilet area very, very badly like a sewer. I had to cover the floor drains and keep the bathroom door closed all the time. Then when I walked in there, I had to close my nose and couldn't breathe!
