Nos vieron con las maletas súper ocupados y no nos ayudaron a subirlas ni nada, éramos 3 personas y solo nos dieron 2 toallas

Muy bueno el desayuno , personal del Hotel muy gentil y amable .
El fin de semana hubo una feria en el 5° Piso del Hotel lo que generó un verdadero caos en los ascensores lo que en definitiva producía demoras excesivas para tomar el ascensor a los turistas alojados en el Hotel

Complimentary breakfast bar was very good there was a variety to chose from for a buffet style breakfast. Everything was fresh, juice, eggs, breads, coffee, fruits and protein. We had a corner room with a jacuzzi tub. A stunning view of downtown and the view of the beach in the distance was hazy due to over cast. The room was clean. We return from our trip to Michu Picchu to a Welcome back cheese cake awaiting. We spoke no Spanish and the made us feel comfortable, very friendly and courteous.
Only two elevators and there was a toy conference the weekend we arrive. So there were lots of long waits and delays which is understandable. I guess you can check to see if there's an event happening and schedule your stay a different time. It wasn't to bad we visited.

Lots of stores, parks to explore!
We had a small issue where our mini fridge wouldn’t open around late hours.
They were able to send someone to fix it pretty quickly. If we needed extra shampoo, they would send someone to drop it off to our door.
Staff was always very kind.

No nos gustó irnos del hotel. Queriamos más pero teníamos que continuar.

The breakfast on the 21st floor with buffet and even a waffle station was amazing. The location was perfect, close to Larcomar and in front of the casinos for nightlife. Easy to book and space to get into an uber. Especially close (walkable) to plenty of great restaurants
The room could use a bit more love, and there was only one elevator available. The lobby felt too public with the Juan Valdes right in the entrance - but it wasn't something that disturbed the entrance either.

Great and huge breakfast, nice pool area and gym/sauna and sweet rooms with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms!
The hotel is quite dated, which you see everywhere. The hallways and exits to the elevator is not as nice as you’d expect for a 4-star hotel. Also, only 1 elevator was functional during our stay, making the waiting time quite long to get around the hotel.

The buffet breakfast is superb, delicious and very well varied.
The rooms are quite spacious.
The street is very noisy and most probably you will hear some noise in your bedroom.

Well located for sightseeing spots, restaurants, shopping including Larcomar and only 2 blocks of the bus stop, Tourist Information Center(Larco) of AIRPORT EXPRESS. Beds & Pillows were very comfortable and breakfast was good at the 21st floor restaurant.
Free bottled water was not applicable for my another reservation. A 4-star hotel should offer automatically. No in-room coffee/tea service.
The elevators for guests were out of service for many hours, so we used an elevator for service use purpose.

We were welcomed by the receptionist Diego who was professional when we arrived at the hotel. We received free welcome drinks and free bottled water in our room as well.
Our room at the 18th floor was spacious and good enough for 3 of us.
Good buffet breakfast at the 21st floor's rooftop restaurant was included in the hotel fee and the night view from there was amazing!
Two elevators were out of service during our stay which was a big safety issue. (I noticed that many people reported regarding elevators.)
No in-room coffee/tea by an electric pot for a 4-star hotel.

We've stayed for 2 nights and it was a wonderful experience. We had a amazing room with panoramic view. Free welcome drinks were amazing. Staff were very helpful and provided breakfast box for our early morning tour. Breakfast was really good at 21st floor with a view. Centrally located, Safest place to stay and highly recommend.

The staff was very helpful especially Eliseo was great help to us show us where to vista and where the great restaurants wear near by also the tour atracción on what we can go an see thanks for all y'all have done for us
