amazing location

I liked the location - right at the beach and among expesive hotels and close to restaurants and spa. The lobby with books and nice jazz. And the traditional protector statue just in fron of my room!

breakfast - only two options either the croissant or just e fruit's smoothy, I did not even dare to try the restaurant, seemed somehow deserted

no hot water no toilet paper. looked like housekeeping didn’t care or notice things in the room that needed doing

Central location, friendly staff, working aircon and fridge. Hotel highlighted solar system for shower and other efforts to be more environmentally responsible.

Hotel was old style Bali type hotel a little rough round the edges perhaps in need of tender loving care -But was ok for what needed

Great location on the beach in Sanur. Stayed in a family room with our 1 & 3 year old and the layout of the room was great with the two bedrooms. The hotel itself is quite old and a bit rundown but it’s a nice traditional place on the beach that was quiet and great value for money. Kids loved the 3 pools and coffee and beers at the restaurant each morning and afternoon were great.

Its an older hotel that is a bit rundown. I think this is reflected in the price tho. The modern hotels on the beach in the Sanur are considerably more expensive.

Great location: on the beach, restaurants on the beach are a bit further away but within walking distance. Connected to a busy street close to many shops and restaurants. Always taxis nearby as well. Even though it is a near the busy road, it was very nice and quiet. We booked a family room, which is basically a small bungalow, existing out of three rooms: Room 1) the entrance which included 2 single beds, airconditioning, a fridge, the water tank and the water cooker. Room 2) the bedroom which included a 2 persons bed, airconditioning, a waste bucket, and a tv. Room 3) the bathroom, which included a toilet, washing table, bath, shower, and a closet with the small locker for personal belongings. All three rooms are spacious and everything in the room provided is aimed for reusing (so glass waterbottels, glasses, and shower items in refillable containers). No additional facilities like toothbrushes or so. Even though the rooms are nice, they are quite outdated and could use some love and care. Due to small openings in windows and the doors, bugs do come in, so we had some big caterpillars visiting us. Not a lot of ants, no mosquitoes, happy with that! The towels, bed, pillow, and blankets were fine. There is an outdoor gym available and several pools, and the hotel has their own restaurant. We didn't make use of the restaurant and the pools and pool areas did look a bit outdated as well. The staff was friendly, kind and helpful. I think it's a lovely place, but I personally would prefer a bit more luxury.

The Wifi was horrible. I don't think I ever had such slow wifi, so if you need internet - figure something else out. For example, you can walk to Starbucks and most of the restaurants have wifi as well.

Great location, spacious, private bungalows. Quiet location right on the beach.

The hotel is aging but that also adds character. A bit of maintenance needed here and there but nothing major.

Wifi was very bad, it kept dropping out. Need new mattresses, Need a breakfast option when booking, the lady in the "restaurant" was rude, my wife and her friend seeked refuge under cover at the restaurant in a down poor. The lady turned the lights out without warning and left.The entire property needs urgent renovations.

Excellent location Older hotel with fabulous gardens and pools. Friendly staff happy to assist with any enquiries, booking transport, arranging and bike hire .

This little gem is clearly still in covid recovery stage and needs a little love, but it did not detract from the stay and we will definitely stay again
