Location was excellent

People saving the sun loungers by the pool by putting bags on them.

The suite we stayed in was excellent, so much room to relax and enjoy. The amenities are great, as is the pool area, grounds and access to the beach. We dined at Omang Omang and the food was superb, highly recommend it. Staff as incredibly friendly and helpful, the largest request is quickly taken care of with a smile, I’m confident to say it’s the best service I have experienced in all my years of travelling. The grounds are huge and worth exploring if you want some private time.

Nothing, but I would say if you have any issues walking, request a room close to reception as it is a long walk from the furthest rooms.

It was all wonderful!

First class resort - and once we found the Adults Only pool it was complete heaven. Breakfasts are excellent, fantastic gym and regular yoga/pilates classes. Spa is dreamy.

Yoga classes were a bit pricey compared with other resorts I have stayed at. Happy to pay but 250,000 is a bit steep. I was often the only person in the class which was great for me but I think the price puts people off. 150,000 is reasonable.

Everything! The breakfast was 10/10. It’s atmosphere is very relaxing. The lobby area is very scenic. It felt like you are inside a tranquil Forrest. I suggest book the room with the bigger balcony and view. Their balcony is gorgeous and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and attentive! The location is amazing and their beach as well. They even have a a couple of pools and a jacuzzi.

Only one minor thing, the AC had a machine sound but you quickly get used to it. And if the room was a bit more renovated would be better. THAT SAID, it’s still a good room and maybe they wanted the theme to be bamboos. Serves its purpose well. And their bathrooms are cute.

We loved our stay the location is perfect and the major stress was whether to lounge by the pool or beach, both were great and had many enjoyable dips in the sea. We had a club room and had breakfast there each morning. The food was excellent, loved the granola and different yoghurts and the staff were outstanding I can mention Pande, Nico, Dinka and Ricky I’m sure there were others who deserve a mention so a gig thanks to all.

The pool, the food and the room were exceptional. Great location with nearby warungs, money changers, laundry, and shops.

Would like to see hand sanitiser available to guests at each restaurant.

On arrival reception asked if I was happy for room in Bogainvilia complex - when I asked how far he said 100 metres from lobby. It turned out to be the furtherest complex from pools, restaurants, etc and as I have heart, lung and a bad knee I found the walking to facilities taxing. I would have preferred an honest answer so I could have chosen a closer room. Our only criticism

It’s big and you can enjoy the beach, the gardens, restaurants, the gym and spa.

The room in the ground floor was a bit dark

2階の部屋に宿泊したが、アクセスのエレベーター/階段が1か所しかなく使い辛かった。 リラクゼーション/マッサージの棟が見つからなかった。 朝食のビュッフェが混んでいて、着席まで待たされた。

Great location right on beachfront. Room was clean, service from staff was good.

We were located in block 3 which seemed a long way from the main hotel. Building renovation work in the hotel was going on by the main pool, so it wasn't relaxing to be there as sound of loud drilling. I realise this can't be helped always but we weren't warned or compensated.

Breakfast selection was good, besides how busy it would get.Not enough barista's employed, so coffee orders were forgotten or took over half an hour to make most mornings.

The paper thin walls, we could hear everything going on next door and above us. I would definetly request a top floor if I stayed again.

They went out of the way to provide me with vegetarian Indian cuisine though taste wasn’t exceptional but the effort put in by them was remarkable.

We were a big group of 14 adults and 2 infants even after requesting them 45 days in advance they didn’t arrange the rooms together also I provided them with all the details regarding rooms allocation upfront still they mixed up the rooms. Main issue that I faced was there was a guest staying next to my parents room for first three night the guest came in the muddle night and kept banging the door for no reason and threatened us to call the police. Duty manager and security personnel were right there still she kept doing it in front of them and no action was taken against her. Manager accepted that we were not at fault still he didn’t took any action against her. It was very shocking to see that none of the concerned person from the staff was serious enough to hear my case they just kept saying that they are trying to talk to the lady and listen to her side and provided no resolution never in my life I have seen such incompetent staff. Never staying here again or Any of there property not even recommending to anyone else. Also felt a bit of racism from there end didn’t feel safe with the manager felt they were trying to intimidate me

The property was clean,comfortable and in a great location.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like but they could improve the lighting and ventilation in the bathroom.
