The remoteness and lack of easy access to restaurants, stores and train station.

A bit on the small side but it was a studio.

The apartment is quite ok, maybe a little too small for a family of four, but we still felt comfortable. The children's beds are bunk beds and the double bed is a pull-out bed. Be sure to ask for an air conditioner right away. The surcharge is minimal. Be sure to bring your own umbrellas because the hotel may not have umbrellas for rent. The beach is 100 m away, quite ok and of course free. The nearest store is far away and has to be reached by car or at least half an hour on foot. In the apartment, you have everything you need to prepare food and a refrigerator, and take into account that there are no restaurants nearby, only one pizzeria 100m away. Parking is free and an elevator is used to accommodate cars, but you get used to it quickly. You can go to Monaco or Cannes by train. The station is 300m from the hotel.

The view and the location, friendly staff, easy access to the beach and train station. Kitchen appliances were supplied and worked :)

No air conditioner, ants invasion, car parking was very tight and difficult to use (car lift).

I loved the location. Beautiful view of the golf. I loved the facilities. The apartment was correct.

I thought we could clean the pavement and alleys with the Karscher with lavender soap to take dogs' smells out (somewhat). I think that we should have the floor buttons on both sides of the car elevators. There should be transats on the Beach de la Buse also.

Goodmorning! This is the best apartment with a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains the most. A great place for a quiet family vacation. We will remember this vacation as very pleasant. Thank you for the great atmosphere!!!
