Well located, parking, very friendly staff, clean.

Breakfast a bit too sweet, no veggies, the scrambled eggs were cold(both days). No hooks for the towels.

Just back from a week staying here and was happy enough with the hotel. The room was basic, but a nice big bed and powerful shower. The air con didn't work, but that was the only down side. Pool area was great, plenty of sunbeds and good selection of drinks and snacks available at the snack bar. The pool is open from 11am until 8pm so plenty of time for lounging in the sun. Breakfast was good, nice selection available consisting of bread for toasting, nice selection of fruit, fruit juices, cereal, cold cuts and cheese and bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages and spanish omelette. The location is ideal, come out of the hotel and turn right and you are slap bang in the middle of the main strip with plenty of restaurants and cafes and the main marina area. Nice little chinese restaurant on the corner that has a very cheap set menu which is great value. Turn left at the end of the road and there is a supermarket and good selection of shops. There is a little train type thing you can take that heads right along the coast/promenade to La Mata that is fairly regular. I would definitely recommend Hotel Fontana Plaza and would stay here again if I went back to Torrevieja

I'd have preferred the pool to open at 10am, but that's just my opinion. On the flip side, I would go out and have a nice walk before it was too hot and explore the surrounding areas

Car park spaces tiny. Was woken up at 2am to move my car because another guest couldn’t get their SUV out of the parking space. SUVs should be allowed to park near non SUV. No apology for waking me up at 2am. Absolute joke.

Advertised as restaurant and cocktail bar...the restaurant only opened for breakfast and nothing else and the cocktail bar was closed with a chain on the door so it never opened. There was a pool bar for drinks and crisps and it closed at 8pm each day.

No hotel bar. No restaurant except breakfast. The cleaners banged on doors too early. . We asked for room with view and we got a room overlooking the main street which was noisy and no view.

Shower didn’t work properly, handle was broken and could only use wheelchair shower head. Seat in bathroom hanging off the wall. Air conditioning not cool.

This hotel is nice, very central close to all the bars and restaurants and beach. Lots off shops and huts The main bus station is a 8 min walk where you can get the bus for Alicante airport And two shopping centres The hotel has a pool and outside bar area from 11am/8pm Staff seem nice and polite and our room was cleaned everyday

The air con is not that great in this property And if your room Is Located on the front side off the hotel Expect loud Noise all night long.

Location is very good.Quiet street but in the middle of everything. Nice rooms with balcony, clean and quiet. Breakfast is very good and the staff is friendly. Also very safe parking.

Perhaps when we checked in the person did not speak very well English but the person in the background came and helped and he spoke well English. It is a hotel in a vacasion resort with a lot of tourists from abroad and because of this I believe all the staff should speak well English. We did not have any major problem with this, just a bit.

Group of students shouting, singing, very noisy in Next door. 3 nights, complained on last night and all sorted. Shower flooded all toilet and shower floor, blocked. Reported and fixed.

we arrive to find the spa and pool we’re not in use! no hot water, 1 plug in the bedroom suit so we could not charge our devices no could I work from the room as there was also no internet and limited power. bulb not working! we had to pay for parking at an additional cost that was not specified on the booking! the hotel in general was run down un clean expensive and true disappointment we spent a lot of money to stay here my partner and I over new year! truly the worst experience and hotel I’ve stayed in. I travel and stay in 15-30 hotels a year but nothing this bad!

As it is situated near the centre of Torrevieja easy to walk around so no need to take the car. Underground Parking a bonus. Pleasant staff, easy check in.
