The hotel suitable for couples or families who wish to have a total relax vacation just in front of one of the most nicest beaches in ko panging . If you wish for bars or some action - this is not your place to be

The road lead to the area of the hotel was destroyed long ago , it seems that no one cares and it is very dangerous especially during raining (and we were riding motor bikes!) wish could be fixed and avoid future accidents

Amazing resort with very comfortable rooms and a very nice pool area. Amazing breakfast buffet in the morning accompanied by a stunning view. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and did a good job. I would definitely recommend.

perfect location but disappointing to find out after booking pool view to find out there is two pools, and the pool view wasn’t one we hoped for

The facilities are great, location is perfect for a relaxing vacation. Gym was nice, breakfast was quite good.

Service was Not Great, felt like the staff didn’t want to help you, really had to push to get things done.

Very clean room, comfortable beds, nice breakfast selection, on the beach with a beautiful view and lovely pool areas.

The hotel doesnt has a private beach. They are very close but still require a few min walk to find a spot

don’t order their pizza unless it’s for a child, it was extremely small and looked like it was bought from 7/11 and heated up… for 250bhat. We also requested an upgrade as we’d just got engaged and we saw they had rooms free during our stay but the hotel manager said no because it ‘wasn’t in a promotion period’. the toilet ended up breaking on the first day so we ended up getting one anyway

location is at the nicest beach, awesome pool, beautiful views, comfortable room. Chris is amazingly kind and hardworking and seeks to provide the best customer service he can.

RUDE STAFF! all of the pro’s of the property are not worth the 3 extremely disgustingly shockingly despicably unbelievably rude staff unlike anything I could have ever imaged experiencing, let alone in Thailand of all places! (except for Chris, he is kind and lovely)

Breakfast was amazing. Lots of variety. Pools nice and big and clean. Nice balcony to sit on with views of pool. Staff all very friendly.

Not actually on the beach. Several pool loungers needed repairs. Only one ‘local’ restaurant operational near by - far away from everything. Transport definitely needed to see other beaches and parts of the island.

Beautiful swimming pool, modern and comfortable rooms and fantastic breakfast. Located near a beautiful beach with fantastic sunsets and snorkelling. Convenient, with couple of good restaurants near the hotel.

There could have been more loungers near the main pool and also the breakfast area on the beach was under renovation. Other than that, everything was great.

- good location, very close to the beach - nice modern room - close to some shops (e.g. scooter renting) and restaurants - when we asked to be moved to a room on the first floor the staff immediately accommodated our request - nice and rich international breakfast

- overall the hotel would benefit for better maintenance ( e.g. around the pools and along the pathways there were a lot of leaves and insects) - the staff overall speaks limited English - ground floor rooms have poor lighting (to have privacy you need to close the curtains) and it is easy for insects to get in when you open the door or windows

the main referent of the reception is very rude, definitely not helpful in information sharing. A free transfer service to the pier should be offered Hotel restaurant non recommendable: the grilled fish had probably many days.

The baby bed did not suit us

the infrastructure and the pools and rooms were what saved this review. the resort speaks for itself but the staff not so much

staff very abrupt and poor English. “gimme money” was said at the reception. arrived 3.5 hours early for checkin and they would not allow us to even leave our bags in the room. they then proceeded to checkin and give rooms to people that came after us. we didn’t get checked in until half an hour past check in. in such a secluded resort there was very little to do. i think we were treated differently because we were a young couple. i would never come back here as after this the staff were so so rude and tried to charge us 1200 baht for taxi to haad Rin when we then decided we would pay the 400 to the pier there was tuktuks for 200bat crazy change in price. felt like a rip off.

Location was beautiful. Remote.

You can see covid had a big impact on Koh Phangang. A lot still closed or needs to be updated.
