The room was very spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed.the rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels.The pool area is really nice with an infinity pool and great view. a lovely varied breakfast was served and the staff are very helpful and friendly

Hot water not constant in the shower

the whole vibe! as if you entered a heaven of tranquility. It doesn’t do justice that they have low reviews. the staff is so helpful and friendly, pool and bungalows nice. and location, wow! the island is so small you can drive to any location in 10-15 minutes. it was a bliss staying here. also highly recommended the Thai massage!

best place on Koh Mak

This hotel had a 6.9 rating when we visited in Feb 2023. But as soon as you arrive you will see this is really erroneous. the cabins are all lovely, clean and spacious. With nice large patios. Beds are large, firm and all very clean. The infinity pool looking south across to Koh Kood is spectacular. The beach is nice, but not fabulous. The restaurant has new staff and improving every day. excellent on-site management and enthusiastic team working hard on this lovely hotel.

the hotel is isolated. which is absolutely wonderful if that is what you seek.

the staff is nice and super warm

We had to leave after 1 night, because of the Covid-19 and cancelled the further 5 nights. At the begining they were very nice, they offered us a free ferry back to Trat and they let off our bike rental fee. We filled a paper about the cancellation and they promised that we can figure out about some refund because of this special situation. After returning home they were not helpful, they didn"t do anything about some refund. Once they wrote they can offer a voucher for a future stay, but they didn't send any email or confirmation about this. After all this they didn't answer to my mails/sms.
