Cute and cosy good little find for the night

Wasn't anything to not like just small and cosy for a nights stay

Room was great, comfy bed. Tea/coffee, fridge & Microwave in room. Big fan on the wall to help with the heat also.

Internal window isn’t the best, could hear the room across the little courtyard quite loudly.

The property was good and clean. It was a pleasant experience. The property is as per the description (small room but enough for 1 or 2 person stay).

The hotel was very clean, loved how housekeepers came and cleaned up every morning. Adequate facilities in the room. Was cosy and like a home from home. Very classy yet simple decor and the staff were lovely. Less than 5 min walk from Paddington Station and very easy to find 😀

The one thing that would have made our stay even better would have been breakfast included however I also understand that not all hitels/guesthouses can accommodate this.

I like the location, the cleanliness, and quietness. The staff accommodated my early arrival, allowing me to leave my luggage there until I was able to check in. There were several things located nearby within walking distance to a variety of food options.

The room had a lot in it and not enough space. The table was right next to the bed, the fridge right next to the bed with a tea and coffee set on top of it... just a bit too narrow for my liking. The bathroom was a tad cramped as well. Toilet and shower and was across a bit close. Also was informed after checking out how to use shower, not before.

Staff, location and facilities

Smallness of the rooms and the fact that there wasn't a proper lobby for hang out after check out time at 11 a.m, particularly if departure flights are at night

We did not like anything, a very upsetting experience.

Very poor, cigarette burn in the quilt cover, light bulbs not working, no bath mat. Not clean, very poor standard. Bed very uncomfortable. Person on duty had £20 cash from us to park outside the Hotel.
