It was very close to everything and felt pretty open due to the big windows. You could see a bit of the cathedral and Real Alcázar from there. Also it wasn't noisy even with the main street just outside

The location was excellent; everything is within walking distance and the main tourist sights are just minutes away. The room was clean and spacious, with large double doors from which we could view the plaza.

As my cell was not functioning at the time we arrived, I telephoned the host, who came across as abrupt (I might have misunderstood his mood, as the communication was faceless), and who informed us that we had to access the entry instructions via a series of minor hoops we had to jump through. We were tired and although we were standing just outside the door, we had to make quite a few alternate arrangements in order to be able to access the instructions. The low lighting levels inside the building didn't simplify the process. Since this was actually the second type of experience we had with this type of a stay (the other was a similar challenging access experience via AirBnb.com), I will never again book another stay in a location without a front-desk clerk. Additionally, the lighting in the bathroom was lacking and although the Booking.com listing indicated a washing machine was available, it was actually located a few floors up and we were never able to access it. I would suggest requesting more specific instructions if you book one of the smaller rooms that doesn't have a washer in it.

Perfect location, very central and a really great price for where it is.

The apartment itself, although beautifully decorated, is a little worn out. Some of the bedding was a little dirty, camper bed slats fell out upon assembly, coffee table a bit wobbly. But all in all, I would still recommend to a friend for the location and excellent value for money

Accommodation is very good. It is comfortable, very bright space in the city center but without noise.

For that price is ok everything. It have everything what is necessary. If you want to prepare some meal you can do that because you have all dishes. If you want to eat out everything is in front of the building. Locaton is the best. You do not need any vehicle.

the bathroom is seriously stinky, there’s smell keep coming from the sink. the chair in the living room is broken and almost hurt one of us. there’s multiple stains on the sofa when we checked in. Overall it does not look like the picture at all.

The cleanliness; the sofa-bed felt like it had never been cleaned, the single bed was dirty aswell, the table smelt disgusting, the towels were old. Finally, the apartment required to wash the dishes but there was not dish soap.

Perfect place to stay for a couple of days. Very clean and the location is the best one that you can get. Close to all the places that you would like to visit.

I booked the apartment with separated bedroom and lounge. It turned out it was all in the lounge space. But a part from that it was all good.

Well located in the heart of Seville. You don't need public transport, everything is close. Good value for the money.

I hated the dark and scary stairs up to the property. The air conditioner is also on its last days - even the addition of a fan in the rook would be helpful.
