While the location of the hotel is a little outside of Brno, transport is good, and for the purposes of my visit it, the location was great. The lady that runs the hotel was nice and caring. Breakfast was decent.

1. When I booked the room a month ago, I selected the option of double bed as I would be travelling with my partner. I even sent a message requesting a double bed. The answer I received was it would be based on availability. So it felt like a bad kinder egg surprise when I got instead 3 single beds. 2. Room was facing the road so fairly noisy at all times, even at night with the occasional motorbike or truck/bus. 3. Sink and shower were dirty. In fact the water at the shower would not drain fast. 4. I was told that for every extra 30mins the receptionist had to stay after 21:00 I would be 78kc. That is fine. What was not ok is that they calculate it from 20:00 (we arrived 22:30). Perhaps it was a simple mistake, but I should not have to go through the process of telling staff this. Now, it is not my intention to be mean. After all you get what you pay, and it is reasonably cheap this hotel. However one would assume some basic comfort standards are de facto.

Bathroom not very clean

Breakfast was good although quite small assortment of food. Receptionist guided me to my room and served during breakfast (prepared coffee for me) - that's amazing. Good location close to city center. Although quite noisy as it is located next to one of main transport arteries of the city.

Very few wall sockets in my room. Should place my laptop on windowsill when charging.

Ok place for short term stay.
