The food served at the table d'hôtes was delicious!

This was a delight when we pulled in drive. A young couple, very friendly and a lovely evening was spent where we had an evening meal cooked for us and shared with a french and a German couple. A couple of bottles of wine, excellent food and superb company made this one to remember.

location was great for us. the property is beautiful and our room was wonderful. the bed was super comfortable, the bath suited us both & we brought our own picnic & had supper poolside. we loved it.

Great location. Excellent room and spotlessly clean.. Delicious plentiful breakfast.We also had dinner which was excellent. I would certainly stay there again,which says it all really.

We liked everything. Hosts very friendly and welcoming, very comfortable pretty guest rooms. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. pool inviting on a hot afternoon. would definitely recommend this property.

We enjoyed the cooking of Laurent. He prepared delicious breakfasts and dinners.

The location could not be better. 2 Kms from the centre of Bergerac. Quiet area, very relaxing yet so close to town. The room was a great size, very comfortable and with tea/coffee making facilities. Nice and cosy, just like home. The Hosts, Laurent and his wife Agnes, are very welcoming and gave us so much information about Beregrac and its surrounding villages. And this made our stay so much ore enjoyable after taking their advice. Laurent is also a 'GREAT' Chef, and we chose to eat dinner at the Hostal twice in three days. Wow! What a treat. 5 Star food on an evening and awesome pancakes and home made bread for breakfast... This place really made our holiday. We will definitely be visiting Laurent and Agnes again. Not to be missed.

Shower was a hand held in an open bath - looked lovely and very in keeping with the quirky low beamed loft conversion, but difficult to use.
