Хотелът има отлична спа зона и хубав вътрешен басейн. По време на нашия престой, големият външен басейн не беше използваем, но също изглеждаше много добре. Стаите са големи, баните - много големи. Хареса ми, че има и душ и вана.

Локацията има голям проблем с мобилния обхват, особено мобилния интернет - а именно, че няма такъв :) Поради тази причина всички гости се опитват да ползват хотелския wi-fi, който очевидно не може да издържи на натоварването и постоянно прекъсва връзката, като след това е много трудно да се вържеш, а в по-късните часове дори става невъзможно. Хотелът трябва да се снабди с подходящо интернет оборудване, предвид ситуацията. Друг проблем беше блок масата - има ограничен брой ястия, които бяха ок, но след като свършваха, не се презареждаха за голям период от време, а понякога - никога. Това беше още по-валидно за закуската, която трябва да е до 10:00, но много преди това голям обем от храната е свършила и изобщо не се презареждаше. Това беше редовно при цитрусовите сокове. Ако управата на хотела иска да задържи оценката си, то трябва да не "шмекерува" по този начин.

Very nice Spa-Hotel in the Rila Mountains, it‘s reachable by car from Sofia Airport and has such a nice spa area!

The location is beautiful, the rooms are clean and cosy. The staff is friendly.

There were some details that would have made the stay exceptional, but were missing: 1. The double beds are composed of two mattresses with a gap between them, making them uncomfortable for a couple. My SO had to spend the whole day at the spa after having slept inside the gap the first night because his back was hurting. 2. There was some really annoying electronic stock music playing on repeat 24/7 in the restaurant, which did not fit the atmosphere at all. The same 7-8 songs were playing during breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would suggest playing some jazz radio instead, it would definitely improve the experience. 3. The last and most important thing: The food for dinner and breakfast was nice, but the restaurant menu for lunch was extremely basic. Considering that there is no alternative nearby, guests are forced to eat disappointing meals for lunch, at very high prices as well. The quality of the food on the menu was also questionable. As a pregnant guest, who has to eat a lot and often during the day, I struggled during my stay since the food options were scarce and the only place one could eat was the restaurant, there were no snack bars etc.

Brilliant hotel..staff..food..location. Can not praise enough. It was quiet...but nothing was to much trouble. Checked in very late and had a feast waiting in our room as dinner had finished. The day before leaving was the staff Xmas party they said come down and join us as we were the only guests staying. Had a great time ...they made us very welcome. Great people...Great Hotel. Highly recommended.
