Location, clean beds and toilet with hot and cold water

No towels provided, no tv connected..at this price it was expected

The rooms were spacious and in great location. The manager was very supportive and was flexible with check out timings. Access to hotel was very easy.

The staffs at night were at worst behavior. One of the staff wanted to charge for an extra bed when I asked for an extra bedsheet. In one of the rooms we stayed the water heater was out of power and the staff didnt care to come check it when I complained about it to them.

Bathroom needs a really good clean. We found cockroaches in there and you could see that it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly for a while.

The staff are excellent and quite welcoming. They will help you with everything required with directions, food, etc.

The service was the best to be provided and khairul staff gave me a very good service. All in all comfort and cleanliness property
