Utmärkt mat och service. All personal var väldigt hjälpsam vid varje besök i baren eller i någon utav restaurangerna.

- nice evening atmosphere - beach with access to sea - doesn’t feel busy - good spa, well priced - beautiful gardens, very well curated - nice pool areas - stunning and delicious dinner on the beach

- rooms are spacious but need renovation - decent F&B - too much of a ‘pole pole’ (slow) attitude. Everything takes extremely long (20 mins check-in; 30 mins for urgent housekeeping issue) and communication has been a bit of an issue the whole time. Staff seems to be missing the training that you’d expect in a five star hotel - beach boys: nothing short of harassment. The hotel can’t do anything about them and has security guards on the beach, however these young men and women do make it uncomfortable sitting on the beach as they follow you if you take a walk even into the sea - the bed sheets and pillows were dirty and when we removed them we found hair under the sheet meaning that it hadn’t been changed in a bit.. not great

Outstandingly beautiful resort, all inclusive. We wanted for nothing. The food was superb. Special thanks to the fabulous Chef Kabaka and his personal service, the always smiling Kawther so ready to help, Mazahar the very best customer service rep on the planet Earth, Selma who orchestrated everything imaginable, Mr.Hassan from food and beverage, the best manager Javier, and Sabastian the feline greeter. Special thanks also to all of the housekeeping staff and restaurant employed who could not be more pleasant. I also want to mention that the food was incredible, all very fresh and authentic. The staff went to very great lengths to arrange special dining experiences such as Food of Zanzibar on the Beach and Poolside Dining. Every night their was outstanding entertainment . My favorite was the Masai Performance. Special thanks also to Regina who was so sweet and kind and gave me the best massage of my life and Latina who did the same for my friend. The spa manager was also wonderful and the spa was lovely. The two pools were so clean and beautiful and we received special services be on the lively beach from Mazaher. As you probably have guessed we plan to go back every year and nowhere else! As close to heaven as possible on earth! Our room (Junior Suite) was lovely the view was breathtaking. All of the grounds were immaculately maintained with special gardens. There just is no place like it and no people like all of the staff that cared for our every need with such big hearts and smiles.

There was nothing that my friend and I did not totally love. Tui Blue Bahri Zanzibar is as close to heaven on eart earth that you could get.

Bad caracter of reception staff and their supervisor also They didn’t care about kids or family very bad reception the ask only about are you fasting or not and upgrading to all inclusive . We are suffering all the night about the noise of Ac on the Room .the Room Also wasn’t the room i booked very small too much noise door and wall we can heard everything can’t slept last night . Too much complicated for everything imagine you are guest on this hotel and you have to reserve a place or table for dinner at restaurant.very complicated. The worst nightmare of my life

The staff is extremely sweet and helpful. The hotel itself is a nice natural setting with nice amenities. The beach and the pool is great. The crowd is good quality. I really liked it when the receptionist called us to ask how was our stay. They made nice surprises for me for my birthday

We tried early check in but it was impossible and had to wait until 2 p.m where we arrived very very early in the morning. We waited so long at the reception for a space to shower. The hotel needs a IT room, that was what is missing.

Staff were amazing, my wife got ill and the chef (I think his name was Cabaca), hearing about it, kept on preparing a proper diet for her throughout.

The room cleaning was very poor , and the coffee and tea supply was only offered for 1 day out of the 4 days, which is unacceptable versus the price of the hotel .Room service was very challenging

This resort is stunning, exceptionally clean, and the staff are absolutely lovely! There is always a theme or some form of live music changes things up a bit.

Only positive point of our entire stay was the lovely staff! they always tried to please us and gave a good service! give them a raise! rooms are big and clean!

oh dear, the food is horrible. The same items everyday. No variety and poorly taste, quality. Our mood started to gets worse from day to day. The restaurants are a joke, offering the same food items they serve at the buffet. For the price and star category of this hotel just unacceptable. No entertaining programs, pretty boring especially by night. No interesting activity’s available but maybe this was a weather issue due to the rainfall of our entire stay They really need to change the beach beds, they are old and dirty and absolutely not comfortable. It makes the hotel look very very cheap. The Hotel is infested by flies! u can’t enjoy even one drink without having tons of them around you on your drinks and snacks. Crows attacking you if you don’t feed them

The staff were the best, i was greeted by Leah and Getrude at the reception and they made my family and i feel at home away from home. Super friendly, great customer service. Then there was Matthew at the restaurant. He was superb. Great place to be!!

The lunch food selection was not the greatest. Besides the pool, there was not much the kids could do. More activities for kids please.

What an amazing stay, a lovely place to be at.The food was great, the activities were good, lovely room design the themed dinners were very nice a very serene place,and well manicured gardens and very good attention to detail such as the fruit garden and spice garden. The staff were really friendly and helpful ,and overall a lovely stay, and would definitely come back
