The location is amazing, a few steps and you are at the promenade, amazing sea views. Host was wonderful, advised us a parking lot that is free of charge and picked us up and from there it was just a 2-3 minute walk to the property. The apartment was very clean and confortable with spectacular views and all what you need, full kitchen, washing machine, lots of different toiletries. Absolutely recommended - we'll come again.

The property is located in beautiful location. The view from the window is wonderful. Host very friendly and helpful. They washed our dirty clothing which was helpful. Unfortunately there is no parking but the town is very old and small and it's difficult with parking overall. The small streets are not made for cars. Similar to Venice. Kitchen was well equipped in the apartment.

Just needs some updating on furniture and decor. As well as needs new shower. But overall I am very happy with property and especially host.

Could not fault this place, welcoming and helpful host. Attention to detail, with well equipped kitchen, nice rooms and location. October is a nice time to visit as it is quiet and the Autumn colours in full show.

Nothing really. Only surprise was the 8E/day parking for the village, but if it goes to keeping the heritage that’s a good cause.

Overall good quality of the apartment.

1, Parking: No reserved parking and no option to have. We arrived late (9PM) on a weekday and was only 1-2 spots available, you hardly find anything during the day. You might can't park there at all! 2, Luggage: We had to carry all our luggage from the Parking (outside of Perast) to the apartman. 300m + stairs if you park by the gate, 500m in average if not. Perast does not allow cars to enter. Some hotels manage to let their guests in at least for packing, others offer carry services even on additional cost. David offers his help once you are there with your luggage. I was with 2 little children and carrying the cooling box from the car was painful. 3, COVID vs David: he is a nice guy but likes to talk quietly and close to you. Does not wear a mask. Flapping your children, grabs your hand. Does show you everything in the room - means touches everything from the tap to all switches, everything. Like there would be no COVID. 4, Room. All good quality, I mean it. But, there are protectors on everything. A good looking glass table and steel/leather seats. Add some not too clean seat protecting covers and canvas (2 layers) on the table to hide. Protecting cover in the kitchen sink, in the bath, under the soap, everywhere. The bed actually had a protecting cover over a protecting cover. Meaning the sheet could only cover the 2 layer protectors and the side of the real mattress was dirty as it is not covered by any sheets. Never seen such before. Smoke from the terrace (apartment 1 has a window over there). Strong LED light from the sea-view window. If you think you will sleep with open windows hearing distant sounds of the waves... just forget it. Beds are comfy (despite the protectors). 5, Value: fair considering the parking issues + luggage carry. If I ever come back to Perast then I stay at a hotel with parking. Right now I am just angry on Perast overall.

Everything was exceptional. It exceeded all my expectations.

One word. Perfect. Host, location, facility... We were met by host upon arrival. We traveled with a 4 month baby and our host put an extra effort to help in any way possible.

Location is great, apartment is so clean and well equipped even better than my home 🙂
