Location was the best.rooms were bit smaller than expected but with good wifi and TV.
Staff was prompt .
The manager wasn't welcoming or warm .
Very less breakfast option.only omlette with bread butter, jam and fruits. For Indian breakfast with prior order that to nothing else than idli sambar and Pongal.

SHOULD HAVE ASKED THE GUEST BEFORE HAND WHAT THE GUEST PREFER TO HAVE IN BREAKFAST.
THE PROPERTY COSTED 200-300 MORE THAN THE PRESENT COST.

The place has feel of old French house architecture and its is somewhat close to rock beach but can reach the market by walk
First of all the air conditioners are old and are in replacement condition water was dripping from the AC which could have easily 3 buckets over 2 hrs. The bedsheets are not at all clean and the room was having a weird smell needs proper maintenance.

A rat came into our bedroom. The manager moved us upstairs. The next morning while having breakfast we saw a cat with a rat in its mouth which was very offputting

The rooms were tiny and did not look like anything in the picture. The food service was slow. There were just two small tables, so if other people were eating, you had to wait for your turn to eat.

The staff was very friendly and polite. All the facilities were as described, breakfast was yum. Drinking water and hot water was available.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hospitality is amazing and you feel very cozy there. It is in a good location and everything is on a walking distance as it is in White Town.
The overall public place can be more cleaned. The rooms were relatively clean but it can be better. Plumbing work is needed in room 301 and 302.

The location of the property was good enough as we had fooding shopping areas nearby. Also the rock beach was very near...

The property was not not the same shown in pictures. It's not maintained properly and is a bit messy.in terms of common area. Room service needs to be improved.

The place was centrally located and beach was also easily accessible by foot. The hotel staff helped us rent a bike. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. Rooms were clean.
