Rooms, working AC and pool.

Everything was perfect.

Clean, spacious villa, very friendly and helpful hosts. We loved the garden area and the location is perfect for exploring the western coast of Cyprus. We read the comments here so we did not expect a newly renovated villa, but I believe it was great value for money.

The property was spacious and good value for money. It met the needs of all our family perfectly and was in an ideal location for the purpose of our trip. Air conditioning worked perfectly. The children particularly enjoyed the private pool. Andreas the host was very helpful.

Whilst the villa met our needs perfectly, it definitely needs a bit of updating . Especially the furniture inside and out, beds and roof terrace furniture in particular have seen better days. Soft furnishings, for example blinds, curtains were in disrepair and tie backs stained. The back of the property, (table tennis area) needs to be decluttered as most of what is stored there is broken and needs to be taken away. It would take very little updating to bring this villa to a very pleasing standard and if this was completed we would have no hesitation in returning.

Overall, I would say that this villa was excellent value for money. Other villas of a similar size and maybe not in as good a location as this one are considerably more expensive. We all loved the location - so close to the main road into Coral Bay and Paphos Harbour etc. We did have a car but really due to the excellent bus service on the main road, a car really isn't necessary. A very short walk brings you to the sea and the fantastic walkway which as far as I know takes you all the way into Paphos Harbour- it was too hot when we were there or we could have confirmed this. The area was very quiet and peaceful. There is building work going on nearer the sea which we went to have a look at. The building site was the tidiest site I have ever seen and any workmen we saw were polite and hard working. Any noise coming from the site couldn't be heard at the villa. The whole place was spotless and the pool was cleaned regularly. After our first week the owner brought us fresh linen and towels, but we were happy to use the washing machine and hang it under the house where there was a great washing line. The ping pong table provided brilliant entertainment, the WIFI signal was excellent and as far as I know the TV was great- my son was the only one who watched this. Andreas was the perfect host and communication was excellent throughout. We did not have to contact him about anything at all during our stay. He allowed us to stay at the villa till Saturday evening as our flight was late in the evening. Thanks again Andreas!

The following statements are not meant to criticise but are more an opinion of what I felt could be better. I felt that the whole villa could do with a bit of smartening up inside and out. Maybe new curtains and matching bedding in the bedrooms would smarten the rooms up. Also new blinds downstairs would improve the lounge area and kitchen and a paint job in certain areas. HOWEVER! maybe this is why the villa is much less expensive than other ones of a similar size. This did not lessen our enjoyment of our stay as what mattered most was perfect. Comfortable, clean, safe and the perfect location in a lovely quiet and peaceful area.!

The beds were uncomfortable and the house needs renovation
