This place was absolutely amazing. Couldn't fault it. A magical place just out of town. The staff were incredible. The breakfast was awesome and the pool was fantastic. Rooms are so huge with everything you need. It feels like you are in another world with the gardens and everything around. Our family loved it

Couldn’t complain about facilities, however shower did not drain well, so water would spill into bedroom however this did not spoil our stay

we arrived and were immediately greeted by Linh and the reception team, who were incredibly helpful and friendly. they remembered that it was our honeymoon, gave us early check in and upgraded us free of charge, and even sent a welcome/honeymoon dessert to our room on arrival! at breakfast, Minh and the breakfast staff ensured we were well cared for and had everything we needed for the day ahead - much appreciated! the hotel was beautiful and peaceful, with lovely gardens and flowers, and well kept pool areas. can’t recommend enough!

This resort was such a special place in Hoi An during our stay. Everything from the genuinely friendly and helpful staff, to the pools which always had a lifeguard on duty (always a plus to see they take safety of guests seriously), to the beautiful rooms itself and the well kept gardens which was such a pleasure to walk past every day. I could not recommend this place highly enough.

Had everything we required for a great and comfortable stay. Especially liked the sustainability initiatives and health focus (fruits in the room).

Nothing to complain about actually! Maybe some of the gym equipment needs replacement but it’s not a big problem.

The grounds were stunning, worth being out of town a little bit for that. Our room overlooked the paddy fields which was a real treat. Loved borrowing the bikes and cycling through the paddy fields. The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We were staying with our 8 month old daughter and they went over and above when helping us at breakfast time - in particular Minh was so kind.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Super nice people at the reception desk and also in the restaurant. Our heartfelt thanks to Linh Linh and the entire reception team. The food was very tasty and thanks to the chefs for that. Beautiful large rooms and a beautiful garden. We stay here 5 nights and we enjoy every day!!! If we come back to Hoi An it's our first place to stay!!!

We got an upgrade to a Villa. The room was amazing, great view, spacious, own bathtub + shower. Nicely furnished. Great restaurant and Spa, great breakfast again with a great view (if you decide to sit outside), super friendly staff. Everyone made an effort to feel us welcomed. Would stay again anytime.

Room noise isolation might not be the best, especially if you are on low rise/ground floor. could hear upstairs walking. On our weekend stay, there was a party with loud speaker noise at a distance, but could hear it. Not the hotel fault or responsibility, and I assume that it would happen randomly anywhere if you stay in the countryside.

The breakfasts were awesome but it was the friendly and helpful staff that made our stay so good. The free air conditioned bus service to town was a nice surprise also.

The staff were extremely kind, helpful, warm and friendly. Wonderful. The rooms were great. The facilities and site were beautiful and aesthetic. The good was fine. There was a good selection at breakfast. We are out at Hoi An in the evening as it’s more lively. The shuttle bus is really useful. The spa treatment was nice.

The location felt a bit out of the way. This is inevitable with the amount of space and greenery on the site. We stayed 11 days and loved the one place and were also glad to love somewhere more lively and connected at the end.

The resort is truly lovely and serene. We didn’t have the best weather, but still made use of the pool and facilities. Came for our honeymoon, there was cake and decorations in the room, which was so sweet. Our room was like an oasis and the bathtub was so amazing. Turn down service and fresh fruit everyday. Shuttle in to down was handy and the bikes were fun for a ride to the nearby beach.

second stay here, good location, good pools and low mosquitoes

The location of this resort was great even though it was a little outside of the old town. The surroundings were mostly calm and peaceful, overlooking paddy fields. Hoi An itself is quite a noisy, bustling little town, so it was good to get away from it. The hotel provided free shuttle service to the ancient town and An Bang beach, but taxis are cheap too. The rooms were very spacious and free water and fruit were provided every day. In the evenings, they also provided a small snack too. All the staff who worked at the resort were extremely friendly, courteous and went out of their way to accommodate us. A special thank you to Ms Anh on reservations and Ms Linh on reception for their assistance during our stay. The spa treatments were very relaxing and enjoyable too. Their New Year Eve gala was entertaining and they had such an enormous choice of food. A great start to 2023.

The rooms were well cleaned every day but we did note that under our beds weren't cleaned properly. The glass door to the toilet did not close properly either.

Very nice resort, two raised swimming pools with great views of the surrounding rice fields. Room was superb, maybe best of our trip to Vietnam

Pools were not heated, were very cold, so we did not swim. Do not understand why the pools are not heated with solar energy in the winter months.

This resort was a very nice surprise. The staff was very kind and helpful. its located a little bit far from the center but they . were free shuttles all day. The family connecting rooms were very specious and beautiful. The breakfast was amazing and they even prepared for us breakfast in boxes for the day of our flight

Lovely simple rooms set in lush tropical gardens. breakfast was nice and there were 2 swimming pools to enjoy.

Everything! The location, the room, the staff (thanks to Linh for all her kind advice, it made our stay even greater!), the outdoor areas were also amazing. This hotel is just perfect if you're searching for a great place to stay in Hoi An.

Very clean room, spacious, quiet, very comfortable bed, it gets cleaned every day. Very good breakfast buffet. Excellent staff. Bikes available for use, can also rent a scooter.
