The location was ideal for visiting the area. Ample parking. Very clean room with lots of extras. Fridge. Coffee/tea making facilities with complimentary home made cake. Excellent choice for breakfast. Tony and Amanda were very good hosts with excellent local knowledge.

Unfortunately we went on the coldest weekend of the year, with temperatures not going above zero. The room could have been a bit warmer.

Easy to find was cozy and warm - went during the really cold snap room was lovely well decorated and laid out. really enjoyed our stay would definitely recommend.

The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. A nice selection of tea, coffee, etc in room with the addition of homemade cake which was a nice touch. Breakfast was exceptional, perfectly cooked. Hosts were very friendly, not intrusive but there if needed or to answer any questions. Very helpful and knowledgeable about where to visit and things to do during stay. The location is very quite, a small village, but within a short distance to more amenities, 10 minute drive to Cromer. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully go back ourselves.

So happy with our choice ,the room was tastefully decorated very clean and cosy, breakfast was of a high standard and served with home baked bread, which was delicious. A little gem.

Very well laid out, kept extremely clean, hosts couldn’t do enough for you and friendly and knowledgable about where and what to see. Excellent selection of food at breakfast. Very good value for money. Certainly return again.

Only the didn’t get much warm water out of the sink tap and the shower water wasn’t always easy to get just right.
