Lo que mas nos gustó fue la comodidad de la habitación, el jacuzzi, limpieza, ubicación y frigobar.

Nice and clean rooms. Location is very good in the city centre. Breakfast is quite good.

Everything was fine at Hotel Esmeralda : the location, the staff. We were entitled a room with no view at all : it was such a wall behind the window ; I just asked if we could change room and they granted us another room viewing the street. This one was noisy but we preferred the have a view on something...

it's the first time we got a breakfast with coffee powder ; I am just wondering why it is so... there are customers and they should be satisfied with a real coffee in the morning. Moreover, each time you want a cup of coffee, you have to call for somebody bringing you hot water and milk.. .it would be more convenient if we can self-serve... there's another thing we didn't appreciate is the table in the room ; it was very small... fortunately I could go in a room where they have 3 pool tables, and I arranged myself a working table for my computer, tablet and a notebook.

The location is very central and having private parking is great. The hotel has a very antique flair and nice touches.

The bathroom has bad ventilation and strong smell of moisture and mold. Overall the building needs renovation and more maintenance.

Small room Upgrade overdue

Excellent location in the town centre. Close to all sites and bus station. Lovely and helpful staff.

The room they gave me was next to someone with their television turned loud so I asked to move to another room. Unfortunately it faced the street which I discovered was the main highway through town. But better to have trucks than a TV!

Location: very close to the docks. Private parking, although needed to wait once for a blocking car to be moved. Very nice and helpful staff.

On Sunday almost every eaterie in town was closed. Hotel restaurant was also closed, which is not good for hotel, here you can't cook your food in your room. A minibar would be useful in the room.
