We stayed at Palazzo for five days over Christmas and had a wonderful time. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The Palazzo is situated in the centre of Catamia, easy to reach by bus from the airport and is in an ideal position for restaurants and for sightseeing. The room had ample space. As everyone comments, the breakfast is superb. I would definitely recommend the Palazzo and would hope to return in the future.

The B&B is in a great location, the rooms are very nice and the staff are very helpful and kind. Great value.

We had rooms near the entrance and at times, there was a lot of hallway noise. It didn't bother us but it could some people. Also, there are a lot of stairs to climb to get to the rooms and if I hadn't had my husband or son to carry the luggage, I would have struggled. I only had carry on bags but they were heavy and if I were on my own, I usually select places with elevators and didn't think to check this here. But, they told me they would have carried them up for me so it might not be an issue for you. I am very fit so didn't mind walking them - just didn't want to carry my luggage up them.

Wonderful stay. Very nice room - spacious, designed glamourosly in accordance with to baroque atmosphere of the district. Comfortable bed & rich breakfast. Next to beautiful Villa Cerami and Via Crociferi. Just few steps from Via Etnea with the acces to all important places.

Hotel was clean, easy to access and find. Rooms were like shown in the pictures and breakfast was plenty and accompanied with drink of our choice.

The room had only the light in the ceiling, bedside table light would have been nice addition. Also, the only plug in to charge our phone we found in the bathroom

Our one day trip to Catania was originally planned just to be an easy starting point for our flight to Rome before we headed back to the States. We were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful evening time atmosphere. While during the day, parts of the city can seem a bit unpolished, once the sun goes down Catania sparkles. This B&B was definitely a highlight! The shower was superb. The decor looks like something out of a a Ritzy fashion magazine. The breakfast was over the top gorgeous and delectable. Our hosts were so professional, accommodating, taking care of every detail.

Very nice location and well, and cozy rooms. Property is located very central with interesting areas within walking distance. The host was very helpful and went the extra mile in providing everything we required.

cozy and sweet b&b found in a quite street but 2 minute walk for the main city center street. I travelled with my mom and sister. the room is nice big and clean. after 22 there is a self checkin and the staff sent me very good and clear instructions in advance. breakfast served to the room- was great !!

A truly beautiful, perfectly located B&B, the building and decor are stunning, just as the photos and has a real effortlessly glam feel about it. The staff were kind, friendly and helpful and having breakfast bought to the room was so indulgent, and made such fantastic use of gorgeous seating area in the bedroom. The breakfast itself was a great selection of savoury and sweet goods, with fresh fruit and hams etc. Air conditioning was very efficient too!

Our queen suite really made us feel like royalty. Martina, the member of staff who received us and assisted us, made us feel welcome and looked after. The period property has been renewed keeping count of the historical value of the property, which I appreciated very much. the bed was super comfortable and the room was super clean with a large selection, of refreshments and beverages (cheaper than the ones in the high streets). The jacuzzi shower is the extra touch that will give your holiday that extra experience.
