I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The way to the airport takes 20-25 minutes. The room was comfortable and quiet. Wi-Fi worked well. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was also delicious and hearty. The staff was friendly and allowed us to do a late check-out without extra charge. We saw antelopes walking around the hotel territory. Everything was wonderful.

lack of maintenance , taps loose on basin, generally in need of a refurbishment. light switches poorly positioned. Could not reach bedroom light switch without having to get out of bed !

Staff was very responsive and friendly, both in hotel and restaurant. The place was friendly, clean and comfortable. Will gladly visit again.
The extension cables in the conference facility had unsafe repairs with tape, which caused "lumps" in the electricity and the projector to switch off and on.
A few things in the room needed repair in the room such as loose tiles, and cracked lamp shades. No biggie.

Am not a breakfast person,, so it was ok to have an omelette and a french toast. The staff at the breakfast room were nice and wiling to help with your request.( omelette without salt)
The shower was a little to tight for movement in the shower.

It was a very clean, comfortable room. Importantly, it had a desk, water, coffee and tea. In addition, it had a few well-placed electrical outlets. The staff, also, from the front desk to housekeeping were helpful at every moment.
The location seemed difficult to get to.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The grounds are expansive and the breakfast a treat. Having a lounge chair made it more comfortable in the room.
The bathroom is a bit small so I had to maneuver to dry myself after the shower.

I was abused and charged twice for my stay and subsequently they took a pre authorization on my American Express without my consent.
Legal proceedings are in progress. Awful establishment

nice location with impalas walking through the grounds occasionally. internet was excellent and very fast. good options for food at the chat at reasonable prices. staff were friendly and helpful.
the cost for late check out seemed excessive.

The location is good away from the busy central city and easy to get to any parts one wants to travel to at any time of the day
one of the windows hinges was off. on next day though found it repaired

location on the website is incorrect as it’s a few I’m down the road. it’s also changed name from Cresta view so the taxi driver didn’t know how to find it and maps still list it as Cresta view. with the wrong location on here spent an hour driving around trying to find it

They were flexible with us.
Only 1 treadmill was working, and there wasn’t proper filtered coffee - just instant.

Vicinity to the mall. Very close to the university where i was spending my day at for my lectures and meetings. Clean and quiet hotel.
