Our stay in Bellagio was a truly memorable experience, thanks in large part to our wonderful host. Great location, and extremely friendly and welcoming host. Gave us great information on restaurants and attractions.

The apartment is located in the local resident area and it is easy to access to Bellagio center and supermarkets. Giuli and Fabio are very kind and nice hosts. They offered a lot of local travel advices and are always ready to help. The kitchen is equipped with cooking stuffs and jams, coffee machine etc for breakfast. There is a simplified air conditioning in the living room which helped a lot in the sunny afternoon. We could also use washmachine if needed. Overall it was a very pleasant experience to stay here and thank you Giuli and Fabio.

It was very hot and the air con wasn’t brilliant

Fabio and Jiuliana were kind and accommodating. They were responsive and flexible about our changes in check-in time. Jiulana went out of her way to provide links and information via whatsapp for us on all the activities we were interested in, day trips, where to get transportation, the best beach, etc. The location was serene with beautiful views, parking, and a pleasant walk to Bellagio despite record heat during our visit.

The apartment was clean and comfortable but didn't have all the modern amenities that our Firenze apartment had like a washer and dryer inside the apartment and air conditioning in all of the rooms.

The hosts were amazing - so helpful with tips for the area and making our time as easy as possible. They exceeded our expectations in terms of meeting our needs.

The private garden at the back was the highlight for us - we spent some nice evenings there, with takeaway from a nearby place and enjoying the sunset! It was also really quiet except for the neighbors upstairs. Big plus for the Nespresso machine and generous capsules!

The place is in a garden so as expected, there were all sorts of bugs and flies. We found several spiders in the house and hair but it was otherwise well kept and equipped.

Really nice stay in a perfect appartment. The hosts are really nice and helpful. The views are beautiful. We definitely recommend this place!

The matress could be a little more confortable.

The Apartment had every last detail of anything that you would need. Fabio and Giuli were on hand for any questions or advice the whole time. A storm came and Fabio came down to collect my Daughter and I off our boat trip to save us getting wet! 😀 There is a even a lovely outdoor bar and pool down the road we discovered on the last day which you can pay to use for €8. Highly recommend, would use again. Thank you to our Hosts.

As the property is in a Residential area, there are quite a lot of families with dogs that woke us up during the night barking!

- excellent contact with the host who was very helpful - big apartment with all equipment that you might need (kitchen fully equipped, a lot of places to sit in the living room etc) - in case you come in spring/autumn there is a heating that you can easily turn on/off for the Apartament yourself

Parking on property was very useful and location is perfect.

- the hosts are very friendly and helpful (we got a lot of information before we even arrived and also during our stay Giuliana and Fabio were always happy to help) - everything was really clean and tidy - the interieur was in a very cool italian vintage style and also in very good condition - close to the marina/ferry, bus stop, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops (everything within 10 minutes walking) - quiet area, so it was possible to have a good sleep - safe parking on the property - deck chairs, chairs with table and a lounge can be used by the guests - enjoying the sun in the nice garden :) - it was possible to extend our stay for a few days - very good price for Bellagio - Bellagio turned out to be the most beautiful city at lake Como We definetly recommend to book one of Giulianas & Fabios apartments if you want to have great hollidays :)

Fabio is such a nice guy and we had a good time because of him! Wish every host was like him. Always easy to contact, he gave us many good tips for restaurants, trips and things to do around Bellagio! Also, his dog neo is just as kind as him. It was a pleasure to stay at the Turr de Mezz.

lovely quiet location, friendly and helpful owner, nice decor, large bathroom, large bedrooms, you can use the garden, the balcony was cosy with a nice view, safe free parking, bikes you can use, Nespresso coffee maker, walking distance to supermarkets, salt, sugar, olive oil, washing up liquid, kitchen towels and cloth, bath towels provided......etc. I would reccommend it to friends. Bellagio is very very beautiful

Great location, just a short walk into the centre and very close to the gardens. Decent supermarket a short walk away. Very comfortable beds and lovely terrace and balcony Apartment was spacious and very clean. It was great value for money. Giuliana was absolutely lovely - it was one of my travel companion's birthday during our stay and she got her a bottle of Prosecco. Thank you for a beautiful stay :)

The location of this property is perfect. Only a few minutes walk into Bellagio. The apartment itself was incredible. If you are travelling as a family this is the perfect place to stay. Two well appointed bedrooms with a large queen bed and two singles in the other room. A fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful furnished living room topped off an impressive first impression.
