the location is convenient, easy to find. very nice staff. supportive hostel runner. very useful suggestions. very good environment, beautiful decoration, great view on the rooftop. super good breakfast.

Simply impeccable. The stay here was everything I wanted and more. Breakfast is good and the dinner meal (60dhs) is worth the money even if you could find somewhere cheaper simply because it's good food and amazing company. I cannot stress enough how great this hostel was, it is a must if you can't find anywhere better in Fes. The common area is relaxing, the terrace is chill (vibe and temperature) and the overall feeling of the hostel was very family oriented which I appreciated.

Two fellow cockroaches in the bathroom but they were chill.

Would be nice if guests could also use the kitchen at least for reheating food in the microwave or bowling water when samira is not using it for the hostel’s meals

The spaces were perfect, local ambiance and had sort of a coworking space

Breakfast is simple, nothing fancy and good enough. All you can eat. They have dinner too. Staffs are helpful. Roof top is good too.

It was very close to medina.

A very fun and sociable hostel with very kind and warm staff. Beautiful terrace, very good breakfast and great location in the Medina. Yassine prepared me a ginger and lemon tea that day that I was feeling very sick; it made all the difference 🫶Shukran bzef Yassine, Sarah, Ferries, Fatima! Big hug

The staff is very friendly and the hostel is very big with a many areas on which you can chill and chat with other travelers. There was AC on the room I was, all smooth, definitely a place to return in Fes.

The staff was really nice and the hostel design is good with a nice chill area. The breakfast is good - there were eggs, bread, vegetables, coffee and tea. You can take as much as you want.

The hostel is quite dirty. My friend got bed bugs and it turned out several people before her got some too - it seemed that there was nothing done about it and no action was considered to be taken.

Friendly staff. The people love to help you. If your fast at making friends, the locals outside are making you welcome in their neighborhood. Every night there's an option to eat home made diner for €5. In the morning around 10am there's a tour of 3h in the Medina. I like the marocan bathrooms

My favourite place to stay in a Fez. Beautiful hostel with very kind staff and visitors in a great location (old town Medina).

The location and breakfast. The roofftop also quite nice with the price.

Toilet are dirty because it is inside the room with no ventilation. If you are muslim they have dogs inside their hostle in which one time he pee next to my bed. The staff didnt even apologies for that. Cannot pray inside the room due to hygine issue. Very bad hygine.

The guy working at the reception was really polite and kind and also spoke excellent english. Breakfast was abundant and tasty. The walking tour they offer was also great.

There was not enough light in the room I stayed.

I've been lied to and humiliated by the staff (the dude with rasta hair lied about the reservervation, and the girl who prepares breakfast was greedy and stopped me from eating a cake, that was really unkind)

Really good localización, good breakfast and really really good people and atmosphere. I felt there like home.

Location, price, terrace

There was a male staff member that was very rude on the way he treated some travelers (for no reason), he should be reminded that hospitality is about treating customers politely and leaving the attitude outside work time. The shared kitchen should be improved, same with the WiFi signal.

The receptionist was very kind, they spoke English and it was easy to communicate. The hall and common areas were nicely decorated. Good location.

When we arrived they said that our room was recently painted so it smelled a lot. Therefore they re located us in a room that they use for co-working. We slept in big sofas that were comfortable, but not what we booked.

The Guy of the reception was awesome and so friendly and helpful!

I liked the view on the rooftop, the location in the Medina, the staff was so welcoming and the breakfast was basic but for the price you pay, it is fair!

The bathroom would need to be a bit renovated, same for the shared kitchen.
