the actual property was lovely, the rooms were clean and the bathrooms attached to the bedrooms were brilliant. the showers especially were strong

nothing! the only thing I’d say was we arrived when it was very dark so we nearly missed the turning into the property, so potentially a light outside so it’s easier to see the property entrance. but that is just a nitpick. we absolutely loved the whole place

Such a lovely stay here at Plantation lodge. Was at a wedding in Cabra Castle. We arrived early and room was ready. Kathleen was very welcoming and nothing was too much bother. The room was spotless and really comfy bed. Plenty for breakfast the following morning. 😋

Kathleen was very welcoming and made us feel at home. It was a very comfortable stay.

we stayed here for a wedding in cabra castle. the hosts were very kind and took us to the venue we it was less than 5mins in a car. beds were comfortable and room was very quiet and clean. exactly what we were looking for as we were attending the wedding just up the road.

nothing to dislike about the property but it was very hard to get a taxi back to the property from the castle and ended up walking which was approx 20mins
