Close to Airport, quick pick up, very comfortable accomidation, and fast dellivery to the airport the following day to make the connection.

Only draw back was adjoining room were very loud up until after 4am which is not the fault of the hotel. excellent short stay.

I'm almost sleeping on runway and at the same time also on motor way. Constantly road noise and morning flights. No rest what so ever

The airport shuttle was very important to us. I also appreciated the complimentary wine and chocolates. The beds were very comfortable and we got a good night's rest.

Nice airport hotel as they go, good shuttle service to and from the airport. Friendly staff. Room was comfortable.. Staff are lovely although they appear a little bit disinterested.

Ireland is too expensive for what you get, food, travel,accommodation, taxis. I've met many travellers who do not view Ireland as a competitive tourist destination and are avoiding it. There are much better options elsewhere and superior facilities for half the price. In addition the weather is cold damp and uninviting. The view from my room consisted of a large skip full of discarded building material. I believe Irelsnd has a small population and a very poor supply chain hence the exhorbetent Euro prices everywhere

Bar manager had no manner or even greet anybody and staff weren’t at all happy looking at their work hospitality was very poor in bar and breakfast room Breakfast was not included in price so was expensive

Convenience for the airport and the staff !

It’s not easy to see the hotel on a dark misty night from the road but that’s because we were not offay with lay of the the land on the airport perimeter !

We tried to order food from restaurant and server told us to look at the menu on the TV in our room. Another server said we could get room service from restaurant. Shuttle was 20 minutes late. The shuttle was in the parking lot and everyone was just waiting for a driver to show.

The service, the food, very close to the airport, the free shuttle bus and the hot water in the shower were all very good.

The cost per night was very expensive when transferred back to AUD.

From the moment we arrived it was so friendly and staff were welcoming and helpful, staff in the bar/Restaurant were extremely hospitable, and efficient, the room was spacious for an airport hotel but very comfortable with a bath!! Exactly what we needed after a hard days work and early red eye flight next morning, excellent all around,

Menu was a bit basic but adequate and service was very good and efficient

rooms were ample in size and clean

desk was just a tad slow but were quite pleasant

Staff in the bar/restaurant were delightful. Facilities were of high standards and very close to airport.

Staff at check in were rude, especially Ester. Some complimentary gifts, such as comb were not in the box.

The room was nice, comfortable beds, air con, can't really hear any noise from the airport, great bathroom, a kettle and tea/coffee/hot choc and biscuits provided. Easy check-in and check-out. If you don't fancy a dinner in the restaurant downstairs, there's a petrol station just 3 mins walk away from the hotel with Burger King.

There's a free shuttle service to the airport, but the shuttle at the time we needed was full so we had to get a taxi.

exactly what we wanted- staff helped organise a time for us for the shuttle bus and when our chosen time was full they booked a taxi for us which was great. we were staying here as we were flying early this morning for our honeymoon and the staff left some nice treats as a congrats which was such a nice way to start the trip.

The location.

The reception staff (only ones we interacted with) were very disappointing. Specially the man (tall, maybe in his 50s, I didnt catch his name), who made us feel unwelcomed and properly uncomfortable. I dont know if he would have preferred for us to look or sound differently, if it was prejudice or if he is just that kind of obnoxious and unsavoury all the time. The other two women we had small exchanges with, were not as bad, but not welcoming or friendly neither. Would not recommend to anyone and will most definitely not be back.

Clean, easy to check in and conformable bed.

Overpriced for quality of the hotel. The avarage 4 star in Europe is considerably better. Breakfast was a bit simple, bacon and sausages are left out and kept warm, so understandably firm. Shuttle bus is available but only every 30min through the day.
