Väga meeldiv ja abivalmis personal kogu hotellis. Hea asukohaga hotell nn esimene rida rannast. Kohapeal hea restoran, toidud maitsvad. Basseiniala hästi läbi mõeldud. Meie tuba oli otse vaatega merele, vapustav. Õhtuti sai rõdul nautida loojangut. Tuba valge ja avar, voodipesu ja käterätikud kvaliteetsed. Samuti suured ja korralikud rannarätikud, mida said vahetada vastavalt soovile. Lähedal kõik meelelahutused. Samuti autorent ja jalgrataste rent kõrval majas. Bussiliiklus kesklinna ja lennujaama kohe kõrval.
Raske on midagi esile tuua.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Nice sea view with balcony. The suit was clean, nice with all needed facilities.
If you are traveling by car, it’s difficult to find a parking lot near hotel.

Towards the end of the party lane, it was generally quiet except for some passing party goers. The interior courtyard with a pool was a quiet respite from the beach… which was also steps away.

I absolutely adored my stay at the hotel. Not only was the breakfast delightful, but the staff members at the reception were incredibly kind and welcoming. Moreover, the location couldn't have been more ideal, as it was just a mere one-minute walk to the beach.
The cleaning could have been better, but it was still good.

The hotel staff was very supportive, they allowed early check in and responded to all my requests promptly.
The room is small, but is well equipped with everything you may need (comfy bed, quality bed linen, various pillows, mini fridge, balcony, etc). Also, it was really nice to get the beach towels (deposit is required).
I was traveling alone and decided not to take a taxi - there is a direct bus from/to the airport, the bus stop is 5 min walk from the hotel.
The guests have to be aware that this is a very busy area of Palma - it becomes quite noisy starting from early afternoon with hen and stag parties, so you may want to request the room which is facing the back yard. I was really happy with my room facing the swimming pool

The cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Perfect location if you’re holiday is based on going out. Niki at the reception was super kind and friendly.
There was a young lady at the reception who wasn’t very friendly when I politely asked what I was actually paying for (island/tourist tax or something) and she got real cranky with us.

Wonderful sea view, we were on the fourth floor. We took half board and the food was more than expected. In the evening, you could eat in the restaurant by ordering food from the menu. The staff was very helpful, warm and friendly. Yes, the area is noisy, but it didn't get boring and I was able to walk on the promenade. The hotel is located near the airport. Google map helped guide me to a bus that basically went straight to the front of the hotel. The taxi cost about 23 euros

It felt very luxurious and it was very clean. The property was close to the beach, which was very nice.
I loved the property. But the location is in middle of a party street for germans, so couples like us felt very misplaced, because we got the impression it would be a calmer area.

Excellent sea view with seats at the balcony. Free parking around the area. The room is clean, size is reasonable. The breakfast at the café is nice. Would be better if they make better coffee.
Only shower gel and shampoo were provided in bathroom. Had to make my list of request for toothbrush, conditioner and cotton pads at the reception. Only two bottles of water were provided on the first night of stay. No new water on the second night of stay.

The staff is really nice and caring. When we needed something and told them the shower leakage, they immediately took care of it. Their attitude is also very good.
The shower place had the water leakage, but it got fixed after we told them.

Hotel and location was great, and also great wifi connection if you are thinking about remote work. Everything was clean, and tasty breakfast
It was a partying touristic neighborhood, so it was too loud at times
