L’emplacement est juste génial pour se reposer, se balader.

Clean comfy hotel, the room overlooked the mountain and the views were really pretty.
Staff were very friendly and offered us coffee before the breakfast.
The top notch restaurant on site, offered delicious menu for Hotel guests.
Great facilities, free parking, pool, lovely yard, tennis courts.
Hotel was surprisingly hard to find - you have to look closely to the signs.
it was difficult to communicate in English - only Spanish / French.
Late breakfast - started only from 8am.

Everything went well. The staff was exceptional and friendly.
The location was extraordinary, with many hike routes and beautiful scenery.
The coffee was amazing!
The breakfast was good, maybe I would add some more food variety to it for 15 EURO or make it 10 EURO because while it was good, it was simple.
The room was a bit cold but other than that it was ok. I would maybe add a few sandwiches for the evening/night because the restaurant closes early and the kiosk mini supermarket also closes at 8:30.

I arrived late at night & waited a good 10 mins to check in. Then the room was like stepping back in time. I think they need an upgrade. Especially in the bathroom. Cute town.

No tea/coffee making facilities, booked half board but didn't serve food until after 8pm, too late for me so found something in town, they were open.

Location excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good facilities, eg, tennis court, pool etc. Excellent room service with fresh towels,toiletries and good cleaning. Loved being able to eat our breakfast outside each morning.
Air conditioning is needed in the rooms. Also,disappointed that the family room did not have a balcony.

Dagma at the desk was the most brilliant person we have met. She is incredible.

Very charismatic. Lovely location within the delightful village of Ordino. Many of the staff were good but the odd one was surly and let the rest down. The rooms are warm and the showers excellent. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our Southern European car in the indoor garage which was much appreciated.
In high season in can get noisy as the rooms are of an old design and convey sound from rooms above and beside. This is not resolvable but a factor.

Heating could not be controled from the room.

Ordino is a pretty little village feel town nestled in the mountains
The buffet breakfast and coffee a little disappointing.
Some of the waiters a bit abrupt and lacking in charm! (though they did warm up after first day)

The room was spacious, with a lovely view across the valley. Nice easy walk to local restaurants and shops and only a couple of km walk into larger town.
Parking was good and away from prying eyes so felt quite secure.
The wooden floorboards were lovely but squeaked a lot when people moving about so if they got up in the night then it might wake you.
