Breakfast was okay
We have arrived to hotel just 2hours before(around 1pm) check in time in order to left our lagguages. I really do not care but just asked that If room avaiable my I left my laggueages on room. Recepcionist checked and said “yes room is ready. For “EARLY” check in you must pay 300NOK :)” Funny.
Also Room wasnt clean enough. There were no hand, feet towels.
Lasly even I wanted to drink some in totally empty restourant. They said only possible with dinner :).

Within walking distance from historic town centre, stylish room, great view from balcony and restaurant.

Everything - It was an exceptional experience. Front desk was friendly and welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to create an amazing experience. The rooms and bathrooms are designed beautifully for comfort, luxury, and functionality. We loved the bottle opener addition. Lotion, shampoo, and conditioner Ritual was incredible - we will be purchasing. Breakfast was the best ever with selection, freshness - and tasted delish.
A floor mat for stepping out of the shower did not seem to be in the variety of options, and water does leak through the shower doors. We used a hand towel instead. Wash cloths would also have been helpful.

The location is great. Breakfast is great.
The head lady at check in was nice and friendly.
The hotel has very spotty TV coverage and no channels do work for more than a couple of minutes at a time and then cut out. When I stayed the temp was 25 degrees and more in Bergen and the hotel does not have AC! This is terrible for a hotel of this price level and rating. Beddings are poor and the bed is very poor, any Radisson or Marriott branded property no matter which cost category have a much better product.

Close to everything and fantastic views; right on the water
Room was not cleaned during our stay. Dirty cups/glasses were not removed and towels were left on the floor. The room was also too small for the description. Coffee choice was terrible and room was cold. Needs modernisation.

Zentrale Lage: Haltestelle Flybussen und Fischmarkt mit Restaurants unter 200m, Bryggen knapp 1 km entfernt. Compact Single Room mit Blick auf Bryggen möglich (+400 NOK). Sehr gutes Frühstück. Großes Bad. Freundliches Personal.
Zimmer sehr klein, bei Buchung nicht ersichtlich. Miserable Beleuchtung (2 Lampen am Bett, 1 am Schreibtisch).

The location was good, comfortable bed.
Unfortunately, the area around the coffee and tea making facilities was not clean. The cups were not clean, and the area around the kettle was sticky, I went down to reception and asked for clean cups, I would have thought they would replace the cups, but no, they just cleaned the ones I brought down, how do I know that because one of the cups I brought back had a chip on the rim, I would thought they would have noticed that, very disappointed.

A localização do hotel é fantástica. De frente para o Bryggen. Fiquei em um quarto com vista lateral para o canal e valeu muito a pena. O quarto era espaçoso e bem renovado. O pessoal da recepção muito simpático e prestativo. O local de café da manhã era bem grande, porém é preciso reserva (pelo menos no período que eu fui). Recomendo tomar café no lado de fora de frente para o canal, vale a vista!
Tinham 2 travesseiros na cama, um gigante e um minusculo. Não consegui dormir bem com nenhum dos dois.

Location was awesome. Had a view on side canal with a view across the harbor. Loved having a small patio and double doors that opened up to harbor view.
Hotel is a bit of a maze, particularly on floor 2C. But once we figured it out, access to stairs was easy.
Directions to parking garage would be helpful - I was provided an address at check in but my car GPS tried to send me down a pedestrian walkway.
It also wasn’t clear that my parking discount at the garage was applied, as payment wasn’t completed until leaving the hotel.

Great location and view of the Harbour (we had a Harbour view). Staff is five-star. Sitting areas in the lobby were relaxing.
The restaurant meals and staff were the best. be sure to make a reservation.
The breakfast opens at 7am weekdays, and it was often overwhelmed by huge groups. We stayed 6 nights and skipped breakfast one day because it was a day when they opened at 8am, and it was simply too crowded to move.
in the room, I washed the windows because they were really filthy. Then we enjoyed a wonderful view.

Brilliant breakfast. The view of the harbour. Love that this chain of hotels gives you the choice about cleaning and linen changing .
Rooms aren't large as they have too much furniture in them . Remove wardrobe and chair, sideboard and put in hanging rails and shelves for suitcases. Difficult for public transport. Local ferry nearby. Taxi from airport or catch the bus from the airport not the train.

I booked it for its location near the Hurtigruten terminal in Burgen and that worked out perfectly. The room was very
nice and the breakfast was excellent.
