Breakfast is enjoyable, and the staff are friendly. Housekeeping service is very impressive.

It is in an old building situated in a somewhat unsafe area, which also happens to be the center of the city. So... not complain.

It is a beautiful hotel

It was so hot we had one fan in the room asked for 2 days for an extra one and was given the run around. The noise level was unbelievable people screaming, music loud until dawn, don’t stay here

Location & Transportation: It is right next to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. There are several tram stations in the vicinity Rooms: Very bright and spacious. Beds are super comfortable. There was a cooler, and kettle in the room It looks like a Vintage 5 star hotel Free drinks in the mini bar every day and free coffee in the Lounge Staff: Very polite, responsible and friendly staff who catered to all my needs and problems

Ir was such a pleasant surprise we were only expecting a basic hotel. The staff were all wonderful the rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Then the breakfast was great alot better than some more expensive hotels. Then the extras, free minibar and each day the lobby had coffee/tea, water, cake and fruit.

Close to railway station and very affordable. The area around the railway station is like many large cities so this hotel won’t suit everyone. Bubbles on arrival , nice touch.

Fan provided but air conditioning would have been better.

Hotel location is fine, but for lady single like me after 7pm not safe to walk outside or be late to room as the street around so many homeless, drunk, drug articles people walking around

The wife didn’t work at all in the room, if you need wife time in the room I had at 1st floor don’t bother to take in. Especially if you need it like for me for work to use a wife didnt at all. Breakfast taste good some choices , even thought chef during my breakfast I was taking alone didn’t consider the guest and he keep talking so loud on the phone looking at the restaurant not inside. Receptionist are ok - decent people speak English well .

This is my second time staying here. This time I brought the kids. It is great value for money in a prime location next to the Hbf. Walking distance to Hauptwache, with a lot of decent restaurants and a pub around the corner.

People on their phones at breakfast with no earbuds. The pillows were a little small, but the bathroom was huge for the three people room.

Clean, comfortable, right across the central railway station and thus very convenient, friendly and professional service, excellent breakfast; easy to walk to the city sites and shopping areas; complimentary coffee and tea with cake and fruits; fan provided in the room

No air-conditioning (but a fan was provided in the room and opening the window provided a nice breeze).

It has very bad parking and you need to pay every time for parking. If you have car, don't go there.

We've liked most the real vintage atmosphere and feeling. Nice and pleasant stuff, overall clean and nice hotel. Great location for a few nights if you travel by train
