Fabulous service and good place to visit Venice (train goes every hour and brings you right into Venice in 40 minutes). Breakfast is also very good and very nice sport facilities. Nice indoor swimming pool and gym. Hotel rooms are new, fresh and nice with airconditioning.

The prices for the sport accomodations were rather high, 30 euro for 1 hour padel, 15 and 20 hours for driving range and 5-holes golf course. We understand that things cannot be for free, but maybe a little lower price for hotel guests? (people not staying in the hotel also can book the facilities)

Excellent hotel. Super sports leisure of the hotel, there is a large swimming pool, tennis court. Very tasty breakfast. Excellent and friendly staff. Thank you all for your hospitality! I advise!

The room was large and the bed was comfortable

The hotel is old and dated, the staff tries hard to sell its charm and history. There was no shower only a tub where you sit on the side and hose yourself off. The restaurant was not available to us because a tour bus was staying there and it was full. We had to go off property to find dinner.

The room was extremely spacious and the facilities on site are better than anyone can expect. Very clean hotel and the hosts are able to speak many different languages and can cater for anyone that chooses to stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and you can tell that all the staff take attention to detail seriously. There is a free car park on site and limited restaurants around the hotel, although Memphis Belle is a brilliant bar with food to match. The bathroom was clean, tidy and spacious. The bar onsite is available to residents. We don't usually use the Wi-Fi as we find 4g and 5g more quicker, However the Wi-Fi here is fast and faultless. There is an indoor pool that is perfect for families and a large outdoor pool (Which was not open during our stay) that looks amazing. Tennis Courts on-site and a golf driving range. European breakfast was great and I'm sure the team there would be willing to get you anything that you request. A fantastic place to stay away from Expensive Venice and being around 35mins drive away from Piazzale Roma, we were comforted to be able to return to a clean, comfortable, spacious and welcoming hotel. If you have selected this hotel to visit Venice, I feel that you will need a car to see the marvelous sights the city has to offer. We didn't mind travelling, as we had other sites which we wanted to see e.g Pisa.

We were simply looking for accommodations it to far from the airport, but we stumbled upon the jackpot! The hotel made us feel welcomed as soon as we walked through the front door. The interior and the grounds are extremely well kept. Everyone treated us as if we were guests of the family. I would love to return one day!

The room was clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good, egg dishes on request. Great location for exploring the surroundings and a trip to Venice. Free parking.

The room way clean, spacious, the bed was big (we slept with our 2 year old son and we had a plenty of space). But the best of all was breakfast - there is a section with gluten-free options! Absolutely amazing!

Good value for money. The pool area is beautiful and the hotel does have a lot to offer in terms of recreational activities, including a gym that should be advertised more openly on Booking.com

i do not recommend there if you do not play tennis or golf!

the pool 19:00 o’clock is closed! the guests are not allowed to eat or drink any private things in lobby! if any injuring during the sport forget any medical treatment around the accommodation area! very poor and long time waiting for nothing in hospital! we had bad experience there even we left the hotel one day earlier but no any returning of the cost! Moskitos are terribles and the children unfortunately annoyed badly! Sauna as extra charge!
