The breakfast, the lovely villa/grounds and the pool

.. We were told that the shuttle into Florence would be free but an extra charge was set.It would be nice to have more variety on the snacks menu to give an alternative to the restaurant menu.Some of the bathroom fixtures could do with an up-grade.

Breakfast was nice, The room was good and the pool was enjoyable(Negative remarks below)

The bar staff are very very poor! charging different prices for drinks at a moments notice. My fiancee bout 6 mojitos 2 at 3 different times. first 2 were €23.00 send 2 were €20.00 and the last were €26.00 for the same drinks!. Others in our group were charged €20.00 for a bottle of prosecco next time €29.00! This was the trend all week.A bottle of beer was €8.50 and then another time €7.00! BEWARE OF THE PRICES! KEEP RECEIPTS! The pool was lovely but could do with a revamp. Alot of people myself included sliced our feet on the broken tiles in the water.

Pool is fantastic, grounds maintained very well. Rooms are cosy and comfortable, nice touches throughout. Building itself is also beautiful, and the gym very nice too!! perfect place to escape the heat and busy crowds of Florence. Shuttle bus is a nice touch too.

The staff. Some were very rude, and others very slow. Takes away from the experience of the hotel and is their main setback/ issue - otherwise, the place is fantastic. Lady at dinner service very pleasant, and Middle aged man in white shirt was excellent and very efficient. Also young man making drinks and coffee very very nice. Food - too expensive and not worth the money.

Nice breakfast buffet. Beautiful property.

Service at dinner restaurant could be quite slow. Unless you plan on relaxing and doing nothing else, there is not much to do at the property.

Breakfast lunch and dinner was amazing . The staff was so friendly and made you feel at home . The location was beautiful . A place I will always stay at .

The staff at Villa Olmi are Exceptional!! Truly the best I have experienced here in Florence. Whatever you want, whatever you need they can get it for you. My Son and I always feel like we're among Family when we are here. The only thing comparable to the excellent staff are the grounds. Everywhere you look, is visually stunning. This would be the perfect place for a wedding! The flowers, the landscaping, the trees, the pool...it's like Heaven.

Some of the rooms do not have air conditioning. When I was visiting Florence was experiencing a heat wave. When I return, if it's in the summer, I will ask for a room with A/C.

Very nice place ,quiet location not far from the city with great atmosphere and decoration. Feeling good being there.

We had a bad night, woke up at 1:30 am by a staff who was washing the floor with a big noisy machine , I had to go out of the room asking him to stop when he said “I am almost finish” and had to argue that no he will stop to do it during the night. Morning headache by this bad night was completed early morning when at 9am the cleaning service in the upstair room was pushing all the chairs and other facilities making a noise as if it was in our room. I dont mention the music from the next room during the afternoon.

Beautiful villa! The whole area is very spacious, with nice view and fresh air ( comparing to that of city town). Room is neat and clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. Restaurant serves good food too.

Nothing wrong with the property itself. But I wouldn’t recommend this place to stay if you expect to go to Florence city town every single stay, unless you rent a car.

The car service to the city center was an amazing amenity, although we did wish there could have been a return service later at night to accommodate for the Italian dining schedule. The property was gorgeous, and I can only imagine how beautiful it will be when the gardens are blooming.

Very calm, peaceful and quiet location, and only a 20 minute drive from Florence. beautiful gardens.

Need to have a car to go into the city Center

The room was beautiful - not necessarily my usual style but totally fit the part

The details and decor were so beautiful, you can’t get bored of looking at it. Staff were friendly and professional and very helpful and accommodating. The facilities are very clean, food is good, check-in was convenient. Literally the whole stay is perfect.

A bit far from downtown Firenze, about a 20 minute car ride. So would not recommend for someone who wants to stay in the city, but perfect for someone who wants the peace and quiet of the countryside
