The hotel is way overpriced during the summer season, if you want to go there, better wait until winter. Nothing very special there, it is fine, new 4 star hotel. I liked the SPA and swimming pool the jaccuzi is superb, finnish sauna is almost perfect,almost because there was no calming music. The cleanliness is perfect. The a la carte restaurant is just fine.Brekfast are splendorous, one of the best brekfast in hotel i've ever had, lots of fantastic options for vegetarians and vegans.

There is a nice chillout room in spa area, but there is no music at all, there is a fireplace but it is off. So what is the point of having a fireplace without using it for guests? It is only pissing people off. Prices are like in a 5 star hotel, definitely overpriced, in the room there is no cosmetic set for guests- I mean this is a 4 star hotel right??? And they make you pay for the parking additionally :) which is just very very rural fi you look at the overall pricing of the hotel.

A very nice facility. Modern and clean.

This is not a hotel for international guests. It mainly caters to German tourists. Staff does not speak English but German. I was told by the head waiter in the Ala Carte restaurant to "Speak German" which I happen to know but how difficult for anyone else. A really bad experience, never had before and I have stayed at many places all over the world.

It was my second stay in the hotel. Spa was good I loved that there are three different saunas and swimming pool. Breakfast are delicious. Cuisine in the restaurant a la card is interesting. Food is fresh

I stayed for 3 days and all days went to the massages. And to be honest I expected a little bit more, for instance two different massages were absolutely the same, the only difference that during Ayurveda massage it was on the mattress on the floor, and Udvartana on the massage table all the rest is amazing

The quality of everything was just above and beyond what I expected.

The internet connection is not that fast - I wouldn’t recommend working from there if you have to have video calls.

The room is extremely comfortable spacious, with comfortable good sized beds. Breakfast is excellent and well prepared and the a la carte is superb. The Spa and activities are great.

We enjoyed the nice design, the breakfast, the friendly staff, the location, the comfortable beds and the quietness of the room.

Just details: The food at the A-la-carte restaurant was just okay for our taste and the presentation could have been better. Some coffee in the room would have been great, not just tea bags. It’s a pity that the bottles of water were not for free. You have to walk through the yoga room to go to the small fitness area which is therefore not accessible during yoga lessons.

We were looking for a wellness trip and Shuum certainly provided us with tranquility and relaxation. - The spa and wellness area exceeded our expectations: it was hardly ever crowded, the saunas were first-class, loads of space for guests to relax and the pool and hot tub were very pleasant. Had a great and affordable massage. We basically spent all of our time there and it did not get boring. - Modern and minimalist design. - Culinarily, the hotel also has quite a lot to offer - we had almost every meal in-house and loved it. - The rooms were exceptionally clean, well-furnished and of a decent size. Comfortable bed. - Most of the employees were very nice and seemed eager to provide all guests with exceptional service. - Price-performance ratio is very good. - Just a few steps away from the beach, perfect location if you like going on walks.

- Overall, the hospitality could be improved. I was missing complimentary features such as care products in the rooms and in the spa area or a small courtesy like a drink or snack upon arrival. Features like that could help lift the experience at this hotel onto the next level. - The shower (at least in our room) could be upgraded. - We were disappointed and felt a bit uncomfortable with the lack of Covid measures taken by the employees of the hotel. Many staff members did not wear masks at all and no guests were ever expected to wear masks in closed rooms, which felt rather unsafe (especially during breakfast times, when people mingled at the buffet with the majority not wearing masks at all). I found this especially bothersome whilst getting a massage, during which the masseur pulled their mask down even though they seemed to have runny nose. Also, no negative Covid test or proof of vaccination was required upon arrival. Not necessarily negative as most guests seem to come from Poland or Germany, but something to note: most of the staff do not speak English.

Excellent location, very helpful and friendly staff. The pool is fantastic for kids and adults! Already miss the hot tub! The massages were fantastic. The food in the a la carte restaurant healthy, fresh and really good! The bar has a good mix of cakes, coffee and cocktails! Special call out to the staff who were exceptional. Play room for kids and a large play area to keep your kids occupied. Overall a fantastic experience and will return again!

Overall a wonderful experience. If I were to be very picky I would say, some fresh brown / rye bread would make the breakfast go from good to great! A day care centre or someone in the hotel to take care of kids below 4 would be an amazing draw! The kids play room is awesome, but would be lovely - from a security perspective to have someone oversee the kids while parents enjoy the amazing food you have on offer 😊 - else we constantly had to walk out to monitor the kids.

Very good location of the hotel. Restaurant (ala carte) was very good with nice selection of wines. Nice pool and spa area. Breakfast was very good with wide selection of items. Simple but functional design of the rooms.

No rainshower in bathroom (only basic shower). It was cold in the room. Price is too high for the room.
