Some of the employees do not speak English well, it was at times difficult to get messages across.

La ubicacion sin duda

Eramos 3 adultos y 2 niños y como cortesia solo disponiamos de dos mini bricks de agua (0,5 L de sgua para 5 perdonas). Si bien es cierto que podiamos disponer de agua en el minibar a 5€ , los 250 ml. !!!!!! (Agua Santa imagino) Ningun detalle para los niños, anteriormente un kit infantil dental….ahora naaada El acceso a la terraza….preferencia a los visitantes de la calle. Nunca conseguimos hacer valer la “prioridad” de acceso de los alojados.

Habitación grande, cama confortable.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, dijeran que era un problema en el aire de todo el hotel, que lo estaban arreglando, pero nunca se ha arreglado (nos hemos quedado 3 dias). En Bilbao hacía un calor horrible durante el dia, en la habitación también, si uno abría las ventanas, tampoco podía estar a gusto porque la ventana daba para un colegio y los niños pasaban el día gritando /jugando. No me ha gustado nada! El baño es bonito, pero si se abre la ducha un poco mas fuerte, el agua sale y moja toda la casa de baño

The hotel is in a great location and is clean and modern.

The air conditioning doesn’t work in the whole hotel and hasn’t for months yet they aren’t upfront about this and wasted my time and badly affected my holiday. They instantly offered me a 20% refund when I complained, clearly they’re used to doing this. I tried to explain I’d paid through booking.com but the manager interrupted me and told me to stop and wouldn’t let me explain. So this caused a lot of anxiety for me and I ended up having to take it up with booking.com for the refund. Stressful and unnecessary. I’d not have booked if they’d been honest about not having air conditioning in the first place. The room was nearly 30c.

Bad) - Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal - Lage zum Zentrum von Bilbao ist ausgezeichnet und fussläufig zu erreichen -Hoteleigene Tiefgarage, Es muss jedoch bei Buchung ein Platz reserviert werden, da man sonst nicht eingelassen wird

What is unquestionably good about this hotel is the location. The rest - lots of small things that do not function as they should.

A/C cannot be controlled, it was blowing directly into your bed. Many towels cannot compensate for empty shampoo bottle. One has to log in to WiFi twice a day. Light in the bathroom is not proper for shaving...

Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Zentrale Lage. Gute Betten. Saubere Zimmer und Bäder.

Klimaanlage liess sich nicht steuern und mussten das Fenster offenhalten so dass der Strassenlärm die Nachtruhe störte. Abfluss in der Dusche hätte eine Spülung des Ablaufs nötig. Das Wasser läuft sehr langsam ab.

Nice style. Rooms were big. The family room. Super nice service with a cod for the baby and a warmer for the bottle. Toothbrush and tooth paste for the baby. Very welcoming and nice. They have a garage and all. Super nice rooftop bar.

All good. Carpets in the hallway to the rooms was a bit old.

Great location close to plaza Moyua, walking distance to Guggenheim and old town. Lovely room, bathroom good size, with nice products . Best feature, very good bed, plenty of pillows. Staff at check out very friendly. One night we went up to the beautiful rooftop bar, where the staff was clearly overwhelmed. We let the management know, and they apologized with a nice surprise in the room. Unnecessary but much appreciated. Shows they care about their clients, even the non-premium ones 😁

The window is small (and view on some alley and stairs). We knew this so okay, but it means there is a lack of natural light in the room. Overall we had the idea that they try to be fancy but it's lacking in details to make it perfect.

Staff were incredibly helpful. I was traveling with people with special needs, and they did look after us incredibly well. The place is in a fantastic location. The rooms were spacious and the details in the rooms very nice.

The staff were exceptional. Both the brunch and the breakfast buffet options were great. Rooftop bar/terrace was fab for late afternoon drinks. The beds were very comfortable.

There were no temperature controls in the room.

access, roads closed off limited access by car and no communication of difficulty or alternative route to hotel. A simple email would have made a big difference, some allowances were made for our initial difficulties in accessing hotel.
