modern, friendly staff, great location.

Basically everything was fine and as usual not really anything to complain about. The only disappointment was that the habitation was not cleaned or the bed made on the 23rd February. Otherwise all was very good.

Thought the meals in the restaurant could nave had more choice.

Mattress and pillow were exceptionally firm, they did change the pillow but unfortunately it difficult to get a good sleep on the very firm mattress

Staff were very nice, hotel was very comfortable, general facilities were good with the exception of the room temperature and the ability to control this. Staff that stood out were Elizabet, Anistasia and Juliet and Carlos from maintenance. The staff managed to pull back some of our confidence in the Hotel, well done to them.

1st night had to complain about very cold bedroom, firstly at 10:20 pm, then 12 midnight and again at 3am in the morning when the cold woke us up. We had travelled far on the first day to reach the Hotel and we were exhausted and needing to sleep well in the night. The coldness in the room prevented this and we had a very bad night sleep and woke up at 3am freezing. This loss of sleep cost us the first full day in Sant Cugat as we needed to catch up on some sleep. It was a very disappointing start to our stay at the Hotel.

Great location, comfortable hotel, friendly staff.

No way to turn AC fan permanently on. The unit is loud, it wakes me up during the night when it is turning on. So I had to sleep with earplugs. Other hotels in Catalonia didn't have that issue with the AC.
