Check-in took forever, no room service, and Check out was too early at 10:00 am

No cleaning at all during the stay, towels changed once. Pool area was poor with no shade provided

Load screaming kids running through the hotel screaming until 2:30am, music blaring out at all hours, first night complained to reception, next morning complained again and was told they’d have security on that night. Second night 2am phone reception, 4am went down to reception to get security to stop the music and noise from next door. third night that tired did sleep some, but was noises when trying to get to sleep. in addition to this noise echos through the central open communal space between all apartments and floors. Double glazing next to useless can hear noise from outside until very late and shutters on surround shops been opened around 8am. I’ve had better sleep at music festivals….. very disappointed wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. only positive very nice polite staff.

Very quick walk to the beach, and other facilities

The room we had this year was a lot smaller than what we have had in previous years.

Very good location, has a mini kitchen wotj microwave, plates and cutlery.

The "double bed" was 2 single beds pushed together that separated from at night from movement. The deposit had to be in cash not credit card.
