Very welcoming staff, the food the restaurant serves is very good. Wines rather expensive. Breakfast not extensive but good enough.

For us, the beds were way too hard, and this hotel is not a good place for walking your dogs. Also, because of the situation of the hotel next to roads, very noisy.

lovely property in Aosta! plenty of available parking. a very short drive to the main town area. the rooms were nicely appointed. it was clear that thought went into the amenities. plenty of towels in different sizes, beverages, extra toilet paper, mini fridge, extra pillows. it was very thoughtful and convenient.

the only thing we would have changed would be to have softer beds. the beds were firm for us; but could be fine for others.

The rooms were all renovated. Very light and cool. Also very clean. The owners where very friendly and helpful. Our dog was welcome and we didn’t have to pay for it.

We come here for almost 5years. The food is more special now, and also the prices. We loved the earlier local specialities,no idea why they changed it. Also the prices of the wine where rather expensive.

Staff were exceptional, especially as my wife was ill, they did everything they could to help her can't praise them enough

Quiet spacious room, very friendly staff. The restaurant is superb, you have to try the beef specialities and the wine recommended by the owner was excellent and great value

Exceptionally friendly and competent staff, restaurant is of very high quality, and the food is local and very well prepared. The rooms are well decorated with style and are very comfortable. The location is ideally located for travelling between Italy and Switzerland.

This Hotel is a gem. Staff are friendly and helpful, It's so nice after a long drive to be greeted with a friendly face. It's not far from the Motorway, great parking (even with a roofbox). Lovely outside seating area under the shadow of the Alps. Food was excellent. We were really taken by this hotel and will definitely use it every time we drive to Italy.

The customer service is excellent! They even gave explanations of items in their menu. The room that we stayed in was lovely and had a great view of the mountains. Highly recommended.

Lovely family run hotel in a great location with lovely views of the surrounding mountains. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We stayed 2 nights. We ate in their restaurant on the first night. The food was exceptional. In our view this hotel should be a 4 star. Would recommend staying at this hotel.

The Wi-Fi reception was intermittent

Very nice location, room was clean and comfortable, the hotel staff very friendly. As it was a nice weathwer, we had wonderful view on the mountains. We are ready to recommend this hotel to our friends. Hopefully we will visit Aosta and hotel Le Charaban again.

The stuff was really friendly and attentive, looking after customers. The restaurant is amazing, the chef came to ask customer to receive feedback. Food was amazing, portions are huge.

The light in the bathroom wasn't working properly, but it wasn't an issue for me.

Family owned and managed clean hotel. Very happy with the accommodations and staff. Food for breakfast and dinner was very good. Would definitely stay there again.
