It was central. Staff were helpful and spoke English. Breakfast was all right.

It was rather basic, but considering the cost no worse than I could reasonably expect.

they would not open the door to us poked there head out and slammed the door. we had no where To go with all our suit cases

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and a good size for a person travelling alone. Fantastic location for walking.

The shower was very small which was the only problem i had.

It was a joke!

We notified hotel about late arrival! Staff was unhappy they had to be waiting for us! Our bus arrived 1 hr. late from Venice! The room Air conditioning unit was NOT on when we came to the room and the room was steaming hot. We hoped that when we put the unit to work the situation change! The A/C was not functioning at all! When we tried to change the room there was nobody at the reception. We couldn’t sleep the whole night. My husband tried to sleep on the floor but it didn’t work either! Room was like a sauna!

The location is great. Next to the train station and the city center. It is great if you need to take a train early morning. (my case). The room is clean and cozy. The price is fair and I would stay there again .

The smell of the bathroom was not very good but I think it's a general problem in Italy.

A good room--simply furnished, but with a desk and chair, full-length mirror and extra blanket in the closet. I enjoyed the view of the neighborhood from my window. The staff was friendly and very helpful as to giving directions and recommendations.

Old decor but ok overall But no reason to stay here as a tourist, spoils the impressions of the otherwise beautiful town Stay somewhere nicer in the centre if visiting as a tourist

The location was great, convenient if you plan to travel to/from Ravenna. Unfortunately is the only good aspect of my stay...

I haven't been noticed with the card I couldn't lock the room.. Everytime I had to ask the key to the reception and live it there.. Room located on the 4th floor, the ground was wet and I was almost falling off... Breakfast poor, for that price I was expecting more.

I was in Hotel Roma for 10 days with my boyfriend. The room is quiet, clean and also the bed is komfortable. The tv and the mini icebox is pvery good. The staff is very very lovely, smiley and helpful! Thank you so much again for everything dear Diana and Alesso!!! 🥰🥰You are really amazing people! Good location, close to the train&bus station. Few minutes walk from the inner city.

The reception opens at 5pm. The air conditioner in the room is loud and not too effective. Breakfast is very poor. It's not worth the price.
