Curatel, si spun asta pentru ca mocheta nu era chiar curata si are nevoie de o curatare mai indelungata. Restul se vede ca personalul de la curatenie is face treaba. Micul dejun, piscina, spa....
Hotelul are toate facilitatile iar copii s-au distrat de minune.
Caloriferul la baie mergea doar pe jumatate si are nevoie sa fie aerisit.
Baiatul de la curatenie a lasat basketul cu solutii pe coridor nesupravegheat, chiar langa usa noastra, copilul cand a iesit s-a infipt chiar in solutiile de curatat. Asta nu este de gluma si nu ar trebui lasate asa, au fost cazuri reale in care copii au baut solutii de curatat. Check in ul putin incent iar locurile de parcare limitate.
Doamna de la curatenie si baiatul ce vorbea engleza in receptie mereu doritori sa.ajute, in rest staful putin plictisit si crispat.
Doar mici detalii, dar ei tot merita un 10.

Piscina este in regula, curățenie in camera, personalul a fost serviabil, te poți bucura de momente plăcute. Mancarea este buna, iar micul dejun este foarte diversificat. Voi reveni cu drag!

Room was large and nicely appointed. Very comfortable bed. The room had a mini bar which we used as a fridge which was great. Lots of variety available at breakfast. Nice pool. Reception staff were helpful when I needed to buy a new suitcase.
Strange that there was no shower screen so as we didn't want to flood the floor we had to use the bath which was very narrow. Air con wasn't the best. The pool area would be better with some loungers instead of the benches. There was also loud music playing in the outdoor seating area near the pool and also at breakfast which you definitely don't need. Some nice background music would be much better.

Breakfast was organized well and the big cheese and Spanish jamon were so impressive.
The swimming pool and other utilities such as the jacuzzi and the spa were great for relaxing tiredness of a trip.
The room was a mountain view, especially it was so peaceful in the morning.
Even at night, the Hotel was very quiet.
And also, all staff were very friendly.
If there is no parking lot in front of the hotel, you can use another parking lot in the basement.
But you should be careful due to the narrow path to the underground.

The place was amazing, clean, with friendly staff members who were always willing to help you with any enquiries regarding your stay. The breakfast had a large variety of options to choose from. The hotel is placed on the main street within 5 minutes walk to all amenities so that's great as well. The restaurant menu is rich and the wine selection is amazing. Overall was a great experience and a big shout out to the waitress who served us, me and my husband, was amazing 👏!

Big apartment with lots of space, very comfortable bed and well soundproofed walls.
It's in close proximity to the center and teleferic.
The bathtub had a very wierd hanging shower that you couldn't use unless you were smaller than 170cm. Also the water that splashed on the bathtub would run out on the floor and create a puddle and there is no floor drainage.
The AC that is used to heat the room is rather noisy I chose to close it during the night.

Everything was super friendly and extremly helpfull.
Food is amazing, room was very clean, and the spa is amazing. They have everything you need. It is the BEST location in Sinaia to be. Breakfast was very very perfect and I can not say a word which was not 100% amazing.
Pet policy could change.

I FULLY paid 4 days with a balcony And mountain view, i got a small room with no balcony And no mountains And i have requested to change the room, polițely and waited for the receptionist or manager to call back, never did, so I never bothered out of politeness but it is VERYYY unfair because that was the room deal. Staff was complaining to return 3 lei back to me.. at the front desk, on top of everything and asking for an extra fee at the exit. Very unexpected and not correct. I will remember how I got treated and let my friends know as well. All of them going to sinaia.

Good breakfast, Spa was ok but can easily get crowded, parking is limited but there is a cheap private parking across the street (10 ron/day).
Rooms were very hot, i didn't even use the duvet (feb 2023)
Pillows were too big, very uncomfortable.
Staff was overworked during breakfast, more people are needed.

A lovely hotel very convenient for the ski slopes. Enjoyed the jaccuzi, sauna, pool and salina too.

Front desk staff can be a little more friendly , food was not fresh( chicken was badly smelling) and almost everything came cold to the table.
