The surroundings are really lovely. Beautiful scenery and the village of Waldkirch is very nice. The hotel is comfortable and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful Di
nner in the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast was also very good with a variety of fruit, cheese and cold meats as well as different breads and cakes. Our triple room was extremely spacious.
Our room on the top floor of the main building had one wall which had floor to ceiling windows with vertical blinds, some of which were broken and did not stop the light coming in. So we were woken very early - this didn't bother us too much for a short stay as we were keen to get up and out in the morning .It was also very warm with the sun coming in all day although it did cool down at night.

Frühstücksbuffet war auf zu viele Stellen verteilt.

Uns hat besonders das gute Essen und die warmherzige Atmosphäre gefallen. Chefin und Chef waren jederzeit ansprechbar für Fragen oder Wünsche.
Ohnehin war das Personal außerordentlich zuvorkommend, sehr aufmerksam und einfach toll.

Hotel met grote kamer, restaurant en parkeerplaats met gunstige ligging t.o.v. snelweg.
Goed restaurant en goed ontbijt.
Kamer was best warm, geen airco, misschien bij hoge temperaturen dan te warm.
Op handdoek zat een vlek en een haar.
Doucheputje was verstopt.

We did not expect much. We chose the hotel because of beautiful location and a new room.
The kitchen turned out to be amazing: the dinner and the breakfast were a great surprise. Generous and healthy local food for very reasonable prices.
The staff was very hardworking and friendly.
The beds were top quality and very comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean and hygiene was on top level.
I would rate this as a five star stay.
