The staff were amazing. The spa. Also The breakfast were very good and they have soy milk and you can ask how you prefer your eggs (not esy to find in Italy). The view of the sea from the room and listening to the waves. And the gym also was small but great.

Thermal pool, a very kind and useful receptionist,good location.

1) no hot water in the shower in the evening, 2) someone's long dark hair on my pillow and nails in the basin upon my arrival, 3) as per information from booking page- free entrance to the giardini poseidon thermal park, in fact it's not truth, you have free entrance to another park of totally different quality.

Music by pool until midnight which was directory under our window

The undoubted advantage of the hotel is its extremely courteous and helpful staff. All of them - managers and clerks at the reception, restaurant staff, drivers and even the chambermaid - made our stay unforgettable.
